I am enough.
I have always been enough.
I'm enough without changing a single thing.
thing simply because I exist. My worth is undeniable. It is constant. My worth is beyond judgment or
opinion. I am enough even when I make mistakes. I am enough even when I'm still figuring things out.
I release the need to prove myself. I am letting go of comparison. I am free from perfectionism.
Release the idea that I need to be further along.
I am exactly where I need to be.
Refuse to diminish my worth for anyone else.
I give myself permission to be exactly who I am.
I deserve love without conditions.
I deserve rest without guilt.
I deserve good things as I am.
I am worthy of the life I want to live.
I am worthy of my dreams.
I am worthy of healthy relationship.
I am worthy of a fulfilling life.
I am worthy of kindness, especially for myself.
I choose to treat myself with respect, and comfortable speaking my needs and desires.
I am worthy even while I'm still growing.
I love myself because I deserve it.
I'm grateful for who I am right now.
I bring something truly unique.
unique to this world unfolding in my own time and my own way to take up space. I honor myself
without needing validation from others. I release the pressure to be anything other than myself
with who I am, accept myself fully, even the imperfect parts, confident in my worth. I always have been
And I always will be, right, my friend.
That's the last of our affirmations.
So take one final deep breath in,
filling up with all of these positive and uplifting ideas.
And as you exhale,
just let the air fall out, need to force anything.
And as you gather yourself and turn towards the day ahead,
remember that you are enough.
You always have been and you always will be
by the simple fact that you're here
and there's nothing that can change that.
You don't need to prove anything to anyone, even yourself.
