I am going through something genuinely difficult to feel.
the weight of this. My pain is real. I give myself permission to feel what I'm feeling. Struggling
does not mean failing. Hard times are a part of life. I'm still here. Even though this is difficult,
I'm going to be okay. Getting through today is enough. I've made it through every hard day so far.
I'm still surviving. Getting up this morning was an act of courage. Taking my day one moment at a time.
I am stronger than I feel right now. Showing up today is enough. Allow myself to be a work in
progress today. I am acknowledging my uncomfortable feelings. Out to rest. Resting gives me the strength
to keep going.
The best I can.
And that's enough.
Release the pressure to be okay,
faster than I am.
My healing unfolds in its own perfect timeline.
I am treating myself with kindness and patience.
I deserve compassion right now.
To simply be where I am,
have overcome difficult things
before. I can overcome this. I will overcome this. My struggles are making me stronger.
This is just one chapter in my story. I am whole, even as I grow and evolve. Something in me
knows how to keep going, even when I don't. I trust that things I cannot see are working for me.
I can get through today.
I will get through today.
My circumstances are temporary.
My strength is lifelong.
I am going to overcome this.
Even if I don't know how just yet,
struggle is necessary for the joy of overcoming.
Better days are on the way.
I choose to pick my head up.
I am moving towards a broad.
right or future. Even if I don't see the path, my struggles are preparing me for a better life.
I am becoming more resilient. Even now, there is good that I can notice and appreciate.
I am supported. I am never alone. I am healing more each day. All right, my friend.

Milling yourself up with fresh air
and just gathering a tiny bit of energy
to help you get through the day.
