It's built from some of the most powerful motivational talks I've ever created.

stay focused,
amazing odds, accomplish unbelievable success, and build happier, healthier, more meaningful
lives.
It won't just inspire and motivate you.
You will be operating on a totally different level, full of self-belief and enthusiasm for
life.
So I encourage you to listen continuously all the way through, even if you just leave the

or work because the positive energy in these talks is infectious level.
And as you listen, take a second to leave a comment and let me know what you're chasing in life
so that I can cheer you on and support you on your amazing journey.
My friend, the best is yet to come.
Life is what you make of it.
It's a loosely outlined canvas awaiting your unique.
You can fill in between the lines that you like.
You can paint over the things that you don't like.
You hold the brush and with it the power to shape your destiny.
As you move through your day, remember that your life's trajectory is not set in stone.
It's a journey of choices.
You are the sum of all of your choices, and those choices will determine your path.
your path. So choose to pursue what excites you, what fuels your fire, what fills your heart with
passion. Because in the hustle and bustle of life, it's easy to get caught up in commitments that
drain your energy, leave you feeling bored, fed up, and burnt out. But if you focus your time and
energy on the things and people that ignite your enthusiasm, you'll find you'll find that you'll find
that every phase of life holds something magnificent.
It doesn't matter your age, your background, your circumstances.
Those things don't have to define your journey.
What matters is your commitment to self-exploration,
self-discovery, and self-growth.
As long as you choose this path,
you will always be in love with life.
And yes,
you will encounter pain and adversity.
That's an inevitable part of the human experience,
and I'm not telling you to ignore it.
Instead, I encourage you to put on your positivity glasses,
to view challenges through an optimistic lens.
See every setback as a stepping stone towards your higher self,
a better you, a more meaningful and fulfilling life.
Embrace adversity as an opportunity for growth,
a chance to emerge stronger, wiser, and more resilient.
When you adopt this mindset, the sky is the limit.
So embrace the uncertainties of life,
savor its joys and face its challenges with unwavering optimism.
Lean into those things that bring you energy because they refuel you.
My friend, your life is a blank canvas.
Paint it with your aspirations and dreams.
With this mindset, I have no doubt that you have a masterpiece in the making.
May you continue to embrace the endless possibilities that lie ahead.
because the best is yet to come.
My friend, life is too short to spend it trying to please others,
to conform to their standards and expectations.
Today is a fresh opportunity to embrace your true self
and live life on your own terms.
Too often, we find ourselves trapped in the expectations and desires of others.
living a life that doesn't truly belong to us.
There's a constant pull to conform.
And that's not necessarily a horrible thing.
Most of the time, being part of society is good and helpful.
But that doesn't mean letting external standards limit and define who we are and what we can become.
So let today be the day to break free from those chains,
to stop living for someone else and to start living for yourself.
Have you ever really stopped and thought about what that would be like?
How good it would feel if you didn't have to worry about pleasing everyone else
and all you had to do was please yourself.
What would your days look like?
How would your life change?
See it right now in your mind.
Because if you can see it, then you can create it.
This life is a gift and yours was gifted to you, not to someone else.
You are unique with your own dreams, passions, and ambitions.
It's time to honor that uniqueness.
Embrace who you truly are and live a life that's authentic to you.
Imagine waking up each morning with a sense.
of purpose and fulfillment, knowing that you are living a life true to yourself.
Imagine the joy and satisfaction that comes from pursuing your own dreams and passions.
Imagine how much more fun life will be when you're no longer worried about what everyone else
thinks.
My friend, when you live life on your own terms, you unlock a sense of freedom and
empowerment that is truly liberating.
You become confident in your own self-worth because you no longer need validation or
approval from others.
The only thing that matters is whether you approve, whether you feel good about what you're
doing.
But I'll be the first to recognize that breaking free from the expectations of others
isn't always easy.
It takes courage, deterred.
determination and unwavering belief in yourself.
It means stepping out of your comfort zone,
facing your fears, and embracing the unknown.
But I can promise you this.
The rewards are worth it.
So get up.
Get your day going and start making the choices that you want to make.
It may take a bit of experimentation to figure out this new normal.
And that's okay.
There's always more figuring out to do.
It's part of the fun.
My friend, you've got to stop living to make other people happy.
It is always going to be a losing game.
Because you don't control anyone else's happiness.
Start playing your life like a winner.
My friend, today is the day you start living for yourself.
The biggest mistake that most people make in the game of life is that they believe in overnight success stories.
They see whoever on TV and the interviewer says, you blew up overnight.
And probably it's their first time seeing this person, so they think it's true.
It must be an overnight success story because I'm just hearing about them.
But what you don't realize is that the interviewer's line only has a grain of truth.
When you do something great, then all of a sudden everyone starts to know about you.
The spreading of popularity can happen very quickly.
But more importantly, doing something great that's worthy of popularity,
that definitely doesn't happen overnight.
So don't be fooled.
Those people who appear to be overnight successes have been hard at work
somewhere out of sight for a very long time,
preparing themselves, developing their own skills.
See, these people are the ones who know the secret.
They've got that magic trick.
And the magic is this, the process.
It's the system of developing yourself
to the point where, given the right circumstances,
you could be a quote-unquote overnight.
success. Now this part is very important. So stow it away in your mind. Your desired outcome
is a natural result of the right process. Let me say it again to let it sink in. The desired
outcome is a natural result of the right process. And I can prove this is true with some very
simple examples. If you throw a bunch of seeds into the ground behind your house and you just leave
them, some may grow. You might get lucky, but you certainly won't have a garden. A garden takes time,
care, and attention. You have to tend to it regularly to harvest the fruit. If you do,
then you'll have a great garden.
So you see, the desired outcome, a garden,
is a natural result of the right process.
Here's another one for you,
and this one's really good for all you athletes out there.
If you want to be great at a sport,
we all know you can't just watch it on TV
and expect to be the best.
I don't care how athletic you are.
And in the same way, you can't just shoot free throws and expect to be a professional basketball player.
You have to have a bunch of skills.
You need to know how to pass, how to play with your teammates, and you have to be in peak physical condition.
And to get each of these, you need to show up every day, put in the work, and develop all of the aspects of your game.
If you do that every day, if that's your process, then you're going to have a hard time not being good at basketball.
So again, the desired outcome is a natural result of the right process.
Now let me give you one more example of a real person.
Think about Oprah.
There is a classic story of her getting fired from her first reporting job.
Many people would have stopped right there and tried a different career.
But Oprah understands the magic of process.
She kept honing her reporting and TV skills.
She learned to captivate people.
She learned to tell a story.
She put the process in place to develop the skills necessary to be a star.
She knew that if she had those skills,
nobody would be able to turn her down.
And I don't need to tell you whether she was right or not.
Her story, her success, her process speaks for itself.
So there's the proof.
The desired outcome is a natural result of the right process.
So let's make this applicable to your life.
Now you might be out there hustling, grinding, putting the work in,
but still stuck, frustrated.
You see that fancy car you want,
but your bank account isn't cooperating.
Maybe you dream of starting your own business,
but you're paralyzed by fear.
That's when you need to analyze your process.
Because remember, the desired outcome
is a natural result of the right process.
if you're not getting the outcome you want,
then one of two things is going wrong.
Either you didn't give it enough time and energy
or your process isn't right.
And this assessment is hard
because you have to be real with yourself.
You have to look at yourself objectively
and notice what your process is missing.
Again, top athletes are a great example to highlight this.
Obviously, as I said before, to be a professional athlete, you have to have your process right.
You have to be working out, practicing all aspects of your game all the time.
But the best athletes spend hours a day after practice just to make sure their body is recovering properly.
So they can avoid injury and have full energy tomorrow.
They know that their body's health,
is the absolute most critical asset to their success.
So they build in time and systems to take care of it.
That's knowing every aspect of your process.
Now look, I know you can't expect to know all of the ins and outs
and have the perfect process from the start.
Finding the right process is a process in and of itself.
It takes time.
It takes a few missteps.
It takes humbling yourself and recognizing that you don't know it all, that you have more to learn.
Because if you did know it all, then you would already be a success story.
The funny thing is, the greatest success stories realize that they will never know it all.
In fact, I just heard Dwayne the Rock Johnson say that the other day.
Oh, and by the way, he's currently the highest paid actor in the world right now.
So if he thinks that, then you probably should do.
So my friend, the target you need to aim for is the right process.
Once you figure that out, the goals you've been dreaming about, they will come.
Plus, focusing on the process means you get to start celebrating the small wins,
the daily improvements, you learn from every setback and every rejection.
Because every experience, good or bad, is fuel for your journey.
And that's where the real joy in life is.
It's being one step farther than you were yesterday.
It's looking over your shoulder and seeing your own growth and progress.
The shiny objects aren't going to make you happy.
They'll give you an initial burst of don't.
dopamine, but then you'll be on to the next thing.
If you remember nothing else from this,
remember this line.
The desired outcome is a natural result of the right process.
Hone in on that process, whatever it is for you,
because if you do, not only will you be more successful,
but you will be a whole lot happier too.
and that is what you really want.
What most people don't realize is that the way you do one thing is the way you do everything.
So if you want to become excellent at something grand and big and difficult,
then start by being excellent at something simple first.
Every day, you're faced with hundreds of small choices and tasks.
Each one is a chance to choose who you are, who you're showing up in this life to be.
Each one of these moments is a chance to choose excellence.
Not perfection, excellence.
The difference?
Perfection is about being flawless.
Excellence is about giving your best, even when no one's watching, especially.
when no one's watching.
Because the truth is,
excellence isn't a skill.
It's a mindset.
It's a decision.
It's a standard you hold yourself to.
Not just when it's easy.
Not just when you feel motivated and energized.
And if you want to be an extraordinary person,
then most of all,
you must choose excellence in those moments
when it's inconvenient,
when it's uncomfortable
and when nobody will notice.
You see, when you choose excellence,
you start showing up differently.
You walk into the room with your head held higher.
You speak with more clarity and intention.
You follow through, not for applause,
but because you made a promise to yourself to be better.
to be something great.
Choosing excellence means you stop cutting corners.
It means you stop making excuses.
You stop settling for less than your worth.
And the beautiful thing is,
you don't need to wait for anyone's permission.
You don't need to be the smartest,
the fastest, the richest,
or the most experienced.
You just need to decide right now
that whatever you do today,
you're going to do it with everything you've got.
Really take a second and think about how good that will feel.
Picture yourself at the end of the day today,
looking back on all the choices you've made,
the actions you took,
the conversations you had,
and the effort you gave to all of them.
What would it feel like to know,
to truly know that you didn't hold anything back,
that you gave your full attention,
your full heart, your full presence.
That is the reward of choosing excellence.
Pride, progress, peace of mind.
You see, when you put excellence into everything you do,
those guilty thoughts,
that self-questioning at the end of the day,
It's completely gone.
There's no wondering about what could have been.
And there's no self-doubt.
So today and tomorrow, and the day after that,
wherever you go, whatever you do, choose excellence.
Choose it in the way you treat yourself.
Choose it in the way you speak to others.
Choose it in the quality.
of your work. Choose it in the discipline you bring to your goals and in the care you give
to the smallest tasks like washing your dishes or brushing your teeth. My friend, when you make
excellence your habit, it begins to compound. You see, anyone can be excellent for a day,
but someone who is excellent every day at everything they do for a lifetime,
that gets noticed, that builds trust, that opens doors,
and that simple mindset of doing your best at everything you do turns the ordinary
into the extraordinary.
That choice is what creates leader.
It's what breaks records.
It's what leaves a legacy.
And all of that is in your hands right now.
It just takes one small choice to show up this day and every day with the excellence that's already inside of you.
Anything of real meaning in life requires work.
There's no secret formula or a password that gets you where you want to be.
Anyone who made anything of themselves did one thing better than pretty much everybody else.
They put in the effort.
They showed up every day and did the work.
Consistently, they were willing to do what other people wouldn't.
And that's how they separated themselves from them.
the crowd and rose to the top. Do what others won't today. So tomorrow, you can do what others
can't. You want to live the life you dream of living. And I want that for you too. But in order to
live that life you're dreaming about, you have to put in the work. Life is designed to be productive.
We must be productive to feel happiness and fulfillment.
And productive means something different to everyone.
You have to define that for yourself.
And remember, the easy way usually isn't the best way or the right way.
The mind can find all kinds of reasons to procrastinate and avoid.
So be straight up and honest with yourself.
Where do I want to go?
Who do I want to be?
How am I holding myself back?
And don't try to cut corners.
Real results, real success, real meaning in life
cannot be obtained by rushing, cheating, or cutting corners.
You can only get there by showing up consistently.
Believing in that dream,
and sticking to it.
Putting in the effort, day after day,
the easiest way to start and succeed
is by focusing on the step that's right in front of you.
Just one step at a time.
And once you've made that first step,
then look to the next after that.
And look, it's worthwhile to be efficient too.
Think through how to make progress first
and constantly be willing to refine your approach.
But the work has to get done one way or another.
It's not I have to get it done.
It's, I'm so lucky to be able to do this.
What a gift to be able to spend my time
creating a life I dream about.
and there's going to be moments where you'll want to stop.
That's okay.
You should take breaks.
And that's the time to take a step back
and look at how far you've come.
Appreciate your hard work sometimes.
Because that will then re-motivate you
to keep moving forward,
to see how high you can go.
When you really get down to it,
your deepest sense of self-worth and self-confidence will come out when and only when you consistently put in the work.
The human brain is designed like this.
It makes evolutionary sense to feel rewarded and fulfilled by productivity.
It doesn't have to be about doing better than everyone else.
The ultimate competitors are who you.
you were yesterday and who you want to be tomorrow.
That's the game of life.
Today, you get to try to beat who you were yesterday.
And you can do that.
I guarantee it.
So decide right here and now how you're going to outdo yourself from yesterday.
And remember, it just takes one step.
one step ahead of yesterday.
That's it.
It's so manageable.
So figure out what that step is today and take it.
Celebrate when you finish.
And then wake up tomorrow and get excited to find that next step
and climb just that bit more.
If you do this consistently,
You're going to become so happy, so confident, so proud of who you are and who you're becoming.
Soon, you won't even recognize your old self.
So my friend, remember, do what others won't today so that you can do what others can't
tomorrow.
Now, get up.
Get going.
and do the work.
