And today, we're back for some positive affirmations on this theme. Affirmations are really important for ideas and concepts like this, because we have to rework our own inner voice. Now, if you're in bed, use this moment to roll over and make your way up and out of bed.
Starting point is 00:01:12 It's time to get this wonderful day started, and what better way to get things going than by planting some positive ideas in our minds? And truly, you can do these affirmations in any way that you would like. You can simply listen along as you go through your morning routine. You can repeat them out loud or in your mind.
Starting point is 00:01:36 And for the deepest experience, you can find a comfortable position, close your eyes, and settle into a meditative state. But no matter how you choose to do these affirmations, let's begin by taking one deep breath. So inhale and fill all the way up, hold at the top, and then exhale, release, and just let the air fall. back out. Great. Now, let's begin our affirmations. I am proud to be my authentic self. I am confident in my own unique talents and abilities. I believe in my own worth and value. I embrace my flaws and imperfections. I honor my core values and beliefs. I am creating a life that is meaningful to me. I choose to let go of comparison and focus on my own path. I trust in my journey of self-discovery and growth. I am in control of my own life and destiny. I am authentic in all areas of my life.
Starting point is 00:04:42 I am at peace with who I am and who I'm becoming. I am confident in my own choices and decisions. I am free to express myself honestly and openly. I am living. I am living. a life that is true to myself and my core values. I choose to live the life that I desire. Great. Now let's do all of those one more time through. I am proud to be my authentic self.
