Good morning, my friend.
Welcome to Wake Me Up and this guided breathwork meditation.
settle into a comfortable, seated position.
Make sure that you're upright and you're nice and supported.
You don't want the body to be a distraction while you do this.
We'll be doing a circular breathing pattern,
in through the nose and out through the mouth,
followed by a long hold,
and we'll do that twice.
I'll be guiding you every step of the way.
But remember that you are always in control
of your experience.
So feel free to adjust anything
to make it work best for you.
All right.
Let's get this breath going.
So inhale through your nose
and out through the mouth.
Try to make each breath even deeper.
Halfway there.
You may start to feel some tingling sensations
in your body.
And that's okay.
Ten more seconds.
Now let your air out
and just hold.
Feel the stillness.
Take a recovery breath.
nice and deep, all the way in, and sigh it back out.
Perfect.
We're going to do all of that again.
So inhale through the nose, out through the mouth, in.
Keep going just like that.
Strive to make each breath deeper than the last.
Keep going.
You're doing great.
You're almost there.
Ten more seconds.
Last breath.
Let all of your air out.
and hold, feel your body, all of the sensations.
All right, take a nice deep recovery breath and sigh it back out.
Perfect.
Great job, my friend.
I hope you're feeling nice and energized now.
Focused, calm, and clear of mind.
Whenever you need a little bit of energy, come back and repeat this practice.
It can have amazing effects on your body and your mind.
I'll see you back here soon on Wake Me Up, and until next time, go out and have an absolutely fantastic day.
