Starting point is 00:00:38 to focus on cultivating positive energy, kindness, respect, and love within yourself, and then practice sharing it with the world. Because what we put out into the world comes back to us in return. So find a comfortable position, whether that's sitting or lying down. If you're still in bed, maybe you want to roll over and sit up. just so you don't fall back asleep. But it doesn't really matter. Do what works best for you and the space you're in.
Starting point is 00:01:19 And take a nice deep breath, inhaling, all the way into your lungs and expanding down through the diaphragm. Hold it for just a second. And then exhale, release. And gently go ahead and close your eyes. And just notice. that subtle rise and fall of your own breath, that wave-like motion,
Starting point is 00:02:11 and how it's connected to the rhythm of your heartbeat. This system of breath and heartbeat form together the engine of your being. And what you cultivate here at your core not only spreads throughout your entire body, but into the world surrounding you as well. So imagine a warm, glowing light there at your heart center, a light of kindness, respect, acceptance. And as you breathe in, gathering fuel for your own body, silently say to yourself,
Starting point is 00:03:46 I breathe in positivity and love. and as you breathe out, say, I release negativity and fear. And as you repeat these mantras with each breath, that light emanating from your heart center, grows brighter and spreads throughout your entire body, filling you with the strength, peace, and joy of this inner, positive energy. Imagine this light emanating from your core, expanding beyond you, filling your surroundings with that positive energy, which comes from you. Say to yourself with each breath, I radiate kindness, respect, and love. I radiate kindness, respect, and love.
Starting point is 00:06:23 And as you repeat this mantra, with each breath, visualize that positive energy emanating from you and touching all of the people and places you will encounter today. See it spreading through your community, your family and friends, and even affecting the lives of strangers in faraway places. is your strength. It's your power, and best of all,
Starting point is 00:07:44 it's your choice to be a force of positive energy. So, take another deep breath in, setting the following intention, what I give to the world, I receive in return, I choose to give love,
Starting point is 00:08:32 kindness, and respect. feel this intention, this truth, settling within you, and trust that your positivity will find its way back to you. It's about time to wrap up. So take one final deep breath in, filling up with even more positive energy. Hold at the top, take an extra sip of air, and then exhale, release. And when you're a little, When you're ready, you can open your eyes with a smile, gather yourself, and come out of that. And I hope that you carry this light, this positive energy that emanates from within you
