Starting point is 00:00:47 That's what matters. It's not about avoiding every failure. It's not about being flawless. It's about doing the best you can on that particular day, every day. And some days will be better than others. but every day can be forward progress. These affirmations are here to help instill this mindset of productivity and progress. And just like with your goals, consistency here is the key.

I'm disciplined, determined. and dedicated, incapable of achieving my goals, of my time and energy. What truly matters. Every single day, when I stay consistent, motivated to keep going, even when it's hard, enjoy playing the long game in life, personal growth, steady progress toward my goals,
Starting point is 00:05:16 and productive and efficient with my time, day by day, success. through my daily habits, a strong foundation for my future. I am disciplined in my actions and choices from distractions of achieving anything through persistence, learning and growing, doing my best every single day, hard things. Small steps every day lead to big results. Consistency is the key to my success. Progress matters more than perfection. My success is built through daily effort.
Starting point is 00:08:58 I focused and hard worker. I trust my process and keep going. My dedication is stronger than my doubts. What truly matters in my life. The effort I put in today will pay off tomorrow. My dreams are worth the discipline that they require. a default towards taking action, committed to becoming the best version of myself. I choose consistency and perseverance.
Starting point is 00:11:15 My mindset determines my success. I take pride in everything I do. My consistency and discipline will lead me exactly where I want to be. Keep going. I can accomplish everything I dream of. That's the last of our affirmations. Let's wrap up with one more deep breath together. So inhale, filling all the way up into your chest and expanding down into your diaphragm.
Starting point is 00:12:44 Hold at the top. And then exhale, release. Just let all of that air go. And when you're ready, you can gather yourself, come out of that, and carry on with your day. Remember, you can succeed. at anything, as long as you're consistent, disciplined, and focused. Don't worry about being perfect. Just worry about showing up and doing your best on that particular day, every single day.
