Starting point is 00:00:49 Affirmations are a really powerful tool, especially for things like self-worth, because affirmations change that little voice in your mind, your self-talk, And when we make those thoughts more positive, your whole life can change. So let's go ahead and dive right in. You can do these affirmations in any way you'd like. You can just listen along. You can repeat them out loud or in your mind. You can play them while you work or while you go for a walk or do chores.
Starting point is 00:01:23 But if you'd like the deepest experience, then you can get into a meditative state by finding a comfortable position and closing your eyes. But no matter how you're going to do these affirmations, let's begin by taking one deep breath. So inhale, fill all the way up, hold at the top, and then exhale, release. Just let the air fall back out. Fantastic.

I am deserving of all the good things that come my way. I am unique and valuable. I am enough exactly as I am. I am proud of who I am and all that I have accomplished. I am beautiful, both inside and out. I'm grateful for all that I have and all that I am. I am worthy of forgiveness and second chances. I am strong and resilient in the face of challenges. I am empowered to create the life I want for myself. I am worthy of respect and admiration from others. I am capable of learning and growing every day. I am loved and supported by those around me.

I am valuable and appreciated for the unique contributions I bring to the world. I am grateful for my strengths and my imperfections because they make me who I am.
