Now before our episode begins, here's a quick word from our sponsors.
Hey there, and welcome back to Wake Me Up.
I'm your host Tyler, as always, and I'm so excited to have you.
you here today for this series of positive affirmations that will help you observe your mind and
your thoughts more objectively. This is such a powerful skill to have in life because it allows for
more emotional stability, better understanding of the self and truthfully more freedom. You get to be
free from all of the stories and critical self-talk that our minds just seem to fall into all
of the time.
And you can do these affirmations in any way you'd like.
You can repeat them out loud, in your mind, or just listen along.
If you're looking for a deeper experience, then you can get into a meditative state
by finding a comfortable position and closing your eyes.
But no matter how you're going to do these affirmations, let's begin just by taking a deep
breath. So inhale, fill all the way up, hold at the top, and then exhale, release. Great.
Now, let's begin our affirmations. I observe my thoughts without judgment. I am in control of my
thoughts and emotions. I am open to new perspectives and ways of thinking. I am aware of my thoughts
and feelings without being overwhelmed by them.
I am open to learning from my thoughts and emotions.
I am willing to accept and understand all aspects of myself.
I am patient and kind with myself.
I am separate from my thoughts.
I am grateful for the power of my mind.
I am at peace with my thoughts and emotions, whatever they may be.
I am non-judgmental towards myself.
I am willing to question my own beliefs.
I am in tune with my thoughts and emotions,
and I use them to my advantage.
I am willing and capable of being honest with myself.
I am creating positive change by seeking to understand my mind.
Great.
Let's do all of those one more time.
I observe my thoughts,
without judgment.
I am in control of my thoughts and emotions.
I am open to new perspectives and ways of thinking.
I am aware of my thoughts and feelings without being overwhelmed by them.
I am open to learning from my thoughts and emotions.
I am willing to accept and understand all aspects of myself.

I am grateful for the power of my mind.
I am at peace with my thoughts and emotions,

All right, that wraps up our affirmations.
Let's finish in the same way we started with a deep breath.
So fill all the way up, hold at the top, and then slowly exhale.
If your eyes were closed, now is a good time to open them back.
back up. Well, I hope you enjoyed those affirmations, and I hope after this week's episodes,
you're feeling a little more in control of your mind, and hopefully you have a better relationship
with your thoughts. I'm so glad that you were here, and I can't wait to talk to you next week.
Until then, go out and have a fantastic day.
