Be there, my friend.
Welcome to Wake Me Up.
And to these positive affirmations to help you find calm,
and release stress and anxiety,
no matter how you feel in this moment,
remember that it will pass.
It will be okay.
If you are listening to this right now,
then that's evidence that you are okay.
So try to let everything go just for a moment
and be here with me,
find a comfortable position
where your body can feel at ease and supported.
I'll leave it up to you whether you want to close your eyes or leave them open.
Do these affirmations however it works best for you.
Simply listening along, repeating them out loud or in your mind.
A deep breath, inhaling as slowly and as fully as you can and release.
Don't force the air out.
Just let it fall out.
Continue with that slow and steady breath.
Try to make your exhale longer than your inhale,
as that will signal to your mind and body that you're safe and you can relax.
And as you continue with that calming breath,
I'll begin with our affirmations.
Am safe in this moment.
I will be Oka cannot control, and that is enough.
I breathe in worry of fear and embracing peace stronger than my stress.
I am resilient and I will get through this if myself permission to relax
and I will let them pass centered, overcome challenges before
and I will again.
of handling whatever comes my way.
To navigate my life,
supported, loved, and cared for myself.
To take life one step at a time.
I'm free from the weight of unnecessary stress.
Releasing what does not serve me.
Prove my situation.
I'm worthy and capable of peace and serenity.
that better days are ahead,
taking tension from my mind and body,
control of my breath and emotions.
I choose to focus on what brings me peace,
with each passing moment.
I deserve to feel safe and at ease in my body,
impatient and kind with myself.
I am surrounded by love and,
and positivity.
I'm finding calm within the chaos.
I know this moment will pass,
and I will be okay.
I choose peace,
over worry,
kept my feelings,
and manage them.
Myself and my life,
capable of handling life's uncertainties.
Trust that everything will work out
for the best.
Laxing.
Well, that's the life.
last of our affirmations.
Let's wrap up with one more deep breath, just like we did in the beginning.
So inhale as fully and as slowly as you can.
And then when you exhale, let that breath out be even longer than the breath in.
Now in no rush, whenever you're ready, gather yourself and come out of that.
my friend, while I hope you're feeling a bit more at ease now after these affirmations.
And I hope you're feeling okay now.
Even if you're not feeling perfect or enthusiastic,
remember that you are okay right here and right now.
And that's what matters.
So try as best you can to appreciate that.
I'm so grateful that you chose to be here to try to find calm with me.
It means a lot that you feel safe to do that.
And I hope that if you found this episode helpful,
you'll save it and come back whenever you need it.
A recommendation is that you practice this often,
even when you're not in an acutely stressed moment.
It will help prepare your mind
for when those times do arise.
And that way, you'll be more adept
at handling them with grace and ease.
But that's all for now.
If you enjoyed this episode,
please take a second and let me know
in a comment or a review.
And I hope to see you back here soon on Wake Me Up.
Until next time, go out
and have an absolutely fantastic day.
