I'm so glad that you're here today for these affirmations
because it means that you are ready to love yourself more fully.
And there's almost nothing more important than that in life.
You can do these affirmations in any way that you'd like.
You can repeat them out loud or in your mind.
You can simply listen along.
For the deepest experience, find a comfortable position,
close your eyes and settle into a meditative state.
Now let's get settled with one deep breath together before we begin.
So inhale, fill all the way up into your chest and down into your belly.
Hold at the top.
And then exhale, release-tastic.
Now let's begin our affirmations.
I am worthy of love and acceptance.
I am enough exactly as I am.
I am kind and compassionate towards myself.
I embrace all aspects of who I am.
I am releasing self-judgment and criticism.
I love.
I am grateful for my unique gifts and talents and desires.
I accept my imperfections without judgment.
I choose self-compassion over self-criticism.
I am releasing the need.
for external validation.
I am proud of who I am.
I am releasing the pains of my past.

That's the last of our affirmations.
So let's wrap up in the same way we began.
With one nice deep breath together.
inhaling, filling all the way up, and then exhale, release.
And if you had your eyes closed, then when you're ready, you can reopen them,
gather yourself, and come out of that.

learning who you are, learning to accept yourself, lean into your strengths, and love yourself
