The most important relationship you will ever have is the relationship you have with yourself.
nobody else will spend every moment of life with you.
And this, guided meditation with affirmations,
will help you cultivate deeper self-love and acceptance,
feeding and nurturing that relationship you have with yourself,
so that you can embrace everything that makes you who you are,
including all of your strengths and weaknesses,
letting go of unrealistic expectations,
and appreciating yourself for being uniquely you.
The more you repeat these affirmations,
the more your subconscious mind will solidify them as truths.
Over time, self-love won't be something you have to work at.
It will become unconditional,
and it will be your way of life.
You can say the affirmations out loud or silently in your mind.
I'll give you time to do that between each one,
and you can start now by finding a comfortable seat
that you'd like to meditate in.
There's no right or wrong.
Just follow your body into a shape that feels good for you.
Now gently close your eyes
and take a nice deep breath in,
filling your lungs completely.
Let a long exhale go.
And release it.
any tension you're holding on to, to breathe slowly and steadily.
As you cultivate a deeper awareness of the present moment, and if you'd like to do so,
I invite you to place one or both hands on your heart to deepen the connection to yourself.
I'll begin with our affirmations.
I am important.
I am valuable.
Accept myself exactly as I am.
I am enough, I am beautiful, inside and out.
I am doing the best I can with the tools I have.
I am confident in my abilities.
I express my true self authentically.
I am releasing self-criticism.
I am choosing to see myself through loving eyes.
I'm constantly evolving and growing.
Only I determine my self-worth.
I am deserving of my own respect and kindness.
I am deserving of my own love.
I am prioritizing self-care.
My needs are important.
My self-love empowers me to create positive changes.
I am not perfect, and I don't need to be.
I embrace my imperfections.
They make me unique and beautiful.
I am a work in progress.
at peace with my past, present, and future.
I am grateful for my strengths.
I'm learning from my weaknesses.
I'm proud of myself for how much I've grown.
I am grateful for my body.
I am grateful for my mind.
I am grateful for my journey.
I am my own best friend.
I love myself.
Bring a loving image of yourself to mind.
It can be any image that makes you feel good about yourself.
And let's repeat those last few affirmations.
This time, saying them to that image of you,
I am my own best friend.
I love myself.
Best friend.
I love myself.
Wonderful.
Now that our affirmations are over,
let's wrap up just how we began
with a nice,
deep breath. So inhale, fill it all the way up, and then exhale slowly. Just let the air
fall back out. And when you're ready, gently open your eyes, gather yourself, and bring your
awareness back to your surroundings. And may you move forward with your day and life,
feeling more love and appreciation for everything that makes you who you are,
Maybe even show yourself a little love right now
by doing something that feels like a treat for you
because you deserve it.
But that's all for now.
Thanks for joining me here on Wake Me Up.
Until next time, go out and have an absolutely fantastic day.
