Starting point is 00:00:40 And you know what that is. There's something bothering you, something you've been too scared to face, or something that's holding you back. You came here today because it's time to move on and move forward with better things. So take these 10 minutes to prepare your mind
Starting point is 00:01:05 and instill change. Wherever you are, whether that's still in bed or up and about already, find a comfortable position that you'd like to meditate in. And once you're nice and settled, breathe in deeply, filling all the way up into your lungs and down into your belly, hold, and then exhale, release. And as you let that air go, gently close your eyes. Allow yourself to soften into this moment. There's nothing you need to force here.
Starting point is 00:02:11 This change within you is naturally occurring. This meditation will simply bring it to the surface. So just allow yourself to relax into this. Soften the muscles of your face. Drop your jaw and release your tongue from the roof of your mouth. Lax your shoulders down. Bring to mind the change you desire and see it clearly in your mind's eye. And as you rest your attention on this desire, you'll begin to hear and notice the thoughts that have held you back, ears.
Starting point is 00:04:11 Or simply a belief that you aren't ready. Whatever these thoughts are, just notice what they sound like, where they might be coming from. and you can imagine each of these limiting thoughts as a cloud in the sky. They're not permanent. They may bring rain or shade for a certain period of time, but they don't define you, and you can always move out from underneath them. Watch them drift past,
Starting point is 00:05:27 being replaced by sunlight, filled with the whole. following empowering truths, which you can repeat after me, my past. I am creating my future. Every action I take moves me closer to the future I dream of. I have everything I need to make this change. Each breath in, feel these positive words settling deeper into your mind. body and spirit.
Starting point is 00:06:49 Reshaping your thoughts. Each time you exhale, release those old doubts, those fears, those beliefs that are holding you back, making space for new possibilities. If your desired change has drifted away, then bring it back to the forefront of your mind.
Starting point is 00:07:48 See yourself there. in the future already living out this change, how you stand, how you speak, how you move through life, feel the confidence radiating from your future self and recognize that this confidence doesn't come from somewhere else. It comes from within a confidence and that future you desire are a reflection of the choices you make, the actions you take, and the joy you feel every second of every day because you are committed to seeing this transformation in yourself to this version of you right here, right now. Feel the shift in your energy. Feel the confidence with you. within you is not who you are becoming. It is who you already are. It starts right now. There's no
Starting point is 00:10:12 going back. So take one more deep breath in and as you exhale, declare, declare. I choose this change. The first steps today. Gently begin to bring your awareness back to the present moment. Back to your body, noticing the touch of whatever's supporting you. Maybe bringing a little light movement, just wiggling the fingers and toes, anything like that. Take one final deep breath in. The deepest one you've taken yet today. Release. And when you're ready, you can gather yourself, open your eyes, and come out of that.
Starting point is 00:11:39 This moment is the beginning of something new, something fantastic. The shift has already started, and with every small action you take, you are proving to yourself that you're ready and you are fully capable. My friend, you can do anything. You can make your life as wonderful as you want it to be. It all begins with this simple shift in your life. your mind, which affects your actions and your decisions. There's no better time to start than now.
