Starting point is 00:00:00 This is a headgum podcast. This is a headgum podcast. All right. Here we are. We are back, Catherine. We're doing it again. You're doing a podcast. I'm doing a podcast, guys. What do you think? One foot in, one foot out. To be honest, but you know what I'm enjoying?
Starting point is 00:00:48 What does that mean? It means that, you know, there's a lot of poop. There's a lot of butt issues. What do you mean? A lot of stink-related problems. A lot of scatological issues that I didn't know I'd be getting so deep into. And you don't care for that. Don't care for it at all.
Starting point is 00:01:05 But I care about the human condition. But you're helping people. Well, that's what I'm saying. I like humans. I like the people and I really like playing with you. That is one of my favorite pastimes. Same here. And let's just be honest, the people love what you're doing.
Starting point is 00:01:21 Well, that's very nice. That's very, very nice. I'm surprised. We want both those feet in, okay? All right. Don't hokey pokey. I get nervous, okay? You know, when we get...
Starting point is 00:01:32 You're so good and funny. That's very kind. I mean, you've heard what I say. It's ridiculously bad. No, you're gross. And I still believe in myself. You're doing good. Right.
Starting point is 00:01:43 You should not be doubting. Okay, and maybe this is the part where I'm like, Gareth, you're doing okay. You often say things that are pretty gross. Maybe you can give advice without being so disgusting. Well, I thought we, no, no, let me jump in. And also. No, no, no, everything up into the also's cut.
Starting point is 00:02:07 It feels like, it feels like we're saying the same thing to each other. No, that part, you think that part, maybe, okay, what's the butt? But you're also challenging to look at. Okay. This is taking a turn, Cat. We're going to, we're stopping because honestly, that just, the butt, the butt was in the same direction as the first part, which was not an enjoyable direction. Well, look, you got to say butt twice. So there you go.
Starting point is 00:02:30 I thought you didn't like that. I don't. Anyway, we have, we did mention on our, on our episode that we did not care for cat and rat. We didn't think that was the best name. Mm-hmm. You know, because first of all, your name's Kat, so you're coming off great. And you're being called a rat. And you don't love it.
Starting point is 00:02:51 I don't even care that much, but I want you to feel good about it. And I will also say we did mention rats in an advice section, and we both sort of were like, you know, we made fun of the rats. Rats are great. We love rats. I know they laugh if tickled. That's a huge plus. Right. But we've upset the rat people.
Starting point is 00:03:13 We've upset the rap people. Right. Cat Ratman. Anyway. Wow. Wow. Wow. Wow.
Starting point is 00:03:18 Well, wow, wow. I mean, Kat Radman would be a fun character, right? You know what I'm saying? Yeah. She's in there. She's in the sewer, but she's got big dreams. May we hear her quickly? Oh, man.
Starting point is 00:03:28 How am I going to get out of here? Okay, great. And so the audience came at us. She's trapped. She's trapped, obviously. I don't love that for her. She's a rat. She keeps her.
Starting point is 00:03:38 But she likes her world. We've come up with, the audience has submitted some title options. Oh my God. Okay. Would you like to hear some? Obviously. And they're not cat and rat.
Starting point is 00:03:49 This is sort of a new name for the pod. This is exactly. From what I can tell, none of these involve the word rat. Do any of them involve the word swine, pig, hog? Let me just start reading. Sure. Because I think what that was was unnecessary. I just felt like the appropriate.
Starting point is 00:04:08 Go ahead. I don't think. I'll read the names and we can go from there. Yep. Okay. Fine. What did you do? Nothing.
Starting point is 00:04:16 It was just clearing my throat. It sounded like a nasal clear. Really? No, it was just. We just had a snorty, which isn't really? Yeah. My nose is so pointy. It wouldn't even work that way.
Starting point is 00:04:27 It sounded very... What would it sound like if you were to do it? I'm not going to. Oh, interesting. Reitman and Reynolds to the rescue. Cute. You don't love it. I'm not going to lie.
Starting point is 00:04:41 I'm taking some on the chin from these titles. So I see they're all throwing you under the bus. It's not great. Garrett. Right men and the wrongman. Quick story. I read for student body president in seventh grade, and I kept saying I was the right man for the job. Because, you know, you work with what you got.
Starting point is 00:05:00 Sure. Everyone called me a man. I didn't win. Keep going. That sounds like you were right. No. This one is just fighting for cat and rat. Oh.
Starting point is 00:05:11 But the title, I guess, is Sorry Cat. It's cat and rat forever. Okay, okay, just a believer. Just a believer in the cost. That's a protest sign, not a title. Yeah. Cats out of the bag, parenthetical, and Gareth's here too. Okay, working with the words that are already there sort of thing.
Starting point is 00:05:31 I'm not going to lie. I like this next one. I'm not trying to bias us. This one is, this one spells right, R-E-I-T. Uh-huh. The right call. with Gareth. You like it because your whole name's in it.
Starting point is 00:05:48 No, I think it's like a good wordplay. Okay, the next one. Cat calls with help from Gareth. Okay. Right and wrong? That doesn't even have you in there. That sounds fine with that. You're being generous.
Starting point is 00:06:06 We need you in. No. Listen, the people know I'm in this world. This is the Cat Ritman's spinoff. I'm here. Okay, how about this? Cat and G-dog. How do you feel about that?
Starting point is 00:06:16 You've never been a dog. I don't hate it. Oh, he likes it. Now how's dog spelled? Do you? Okay. Tradition. Do you want a W?
Starting point is 00:06:24 Well. Interesting. Right and man. I'm confused. Me too. This one's hard. Oh, no. Beauty and the Ginge.
Starting point is 00:06:43 Oh, man. Do they have your number? That's bad. This one is Girls and Curles? Because if you're a curly-cut tail because you're a pig. Nope. Stop it. More questions than answers.
Starting point is 00:06:56 I mean, the most accurate so far. Chat with cat and rat. Someone's rhyming. Yeah. We're just here, cat and rat. You're going to like this one. Okay. Mucking about.
Starting point is 00:07:12 Oh, I do. It's kind of yuck, yuck, though, huh? I don't have. hate it. Write in for help. Oh. You like that. R-E-I-T. Right in for help. I like someone's, I like someone using their brain like that. That's fun. Okay. Parmesan the cat. Again, I told you, there's a whole Parmesan thing that happens in this world. I signed Parmesan at shows. Cat and the brat. Those are the last ones. Now, are there any? Are there, no, very, very humble. I'm very negative. Are there any there that are jumping out? I mean, I have to hand it to our
Starting point is 00:07:48 audience. This is, you guys, these are, this is a lot of fun. This is a lot of fun. There are so many, even the wrong ones I like. Yep. I, I, I, the ones that like stand out to me. Yes. What was the one that was, uh, right in with, uh, right in for help? Right in for help was fun. Um, I do like beauty in the jinge, even though I know it's narcissistic because it's calling me beauty. But I, I think it's just funny. Okay. I'm like, But again, we don't have to land on one right now. This is just floating it out. And now that we've turned it into an intro,
Starting point is 00:08:23 the people might give us more. Keep giving it, guys. We're having fun with it. We want more. All right. If you call me gorgeous and him wrong and incorrect, maybe that's fun. I don't know.
Starting point is 00:08:35 I don't know. That's an interesting tweak. Because a lot of them have done that. And it's a strange tweet. I can't force it. It is what it is, Gareth. No, but you're pushing them in that direction. Am I?
Starting point is 00:08:45 I feel like I'm just sort of like listening to what the people are. You're clearly stating that you're highlighting the thing in the end-in-selling. And you're wanting the reality of the situation. I don't know what you're doing with your hands, but you're taking them in a new direction. And you also liked mucking about. I did like mucking about. I like the fun.
Starting point is 00:09:03 The fun ones, the ones that are playful to me sing. We could call it, let's have some phone. Want to wrap this up? Yeah, yeah. And we're brought to you by Wayfair. Gareth and I are trying something new here. A little bit of a cat and rat situation. We're going to talk. Go ahead. Louder with it.
Starting point is 00:13:26 Louder still. It's not reading. I'm not that. Very good. Just like a rat. Just like a real live rat. Randy's wife's face. No, no, no, no.
Starting point is 00:13:36 Better be second. So listen, we're trying something out here. We're going to take some calls. We're going to hear what's going on with you guys. and we're going to give our best advice. And when I say best, I know. Well, I was just giving an intro. Yeah, great.
Starting point is 00:13:51 Caller, what's your name? Is that right? Jimmy, Jimmy. Hi, Jimmy. You've got Gareth and Cassarine Wright here. Oh, that's cool. Yeah. How are you today?
Starting point is 00:14:07 How are you? Jimmy, we're a little worried about your phone connection already. Jimmy, the name of this. This is cat and rat. What do you think of that for a name of a side pod? Sure. That's like you being a rat, you mean? Yeah, cats, cat, and I've been called a rat, yeah.
Starting point is 00:14:25 Okay. Yeah, that's good. It rides, yeah. Okay, that's tough to hear. All right, Jimmy, so, you cat's pissing. How old are you, Jimmy? I'm 48. Okay.
Starting point is 00:14:42 Where are you calling? it from? I'm calling from Ottawa and you're in Canada. Oh, let's go Canada. You cat. I'm Canadian too.
Starting point is 00:14:51 Kat's Canadian. Kat shot her a hilarious working moms in Canada. Been to Ottawa many of times. I know you best
Starting point is 00:15:02 from it's sunny. Yeah. Also great. Dead tooth. But you love Canada. You shot there and shot how many seasons?
Starting point is 00:15:12 Seven? Indeed. Crazy. Awesome. Don't be angry about it. Well, it's just for someone who's had far less success, this is pretty tough to be around. This is tough to be around. I'll be honest.
Starting point is 00:15:24 I got to tell you, Gareth, when you hear my, when you hear my problem, you're really going to feel a lot better, I think. Great. All right. Let's go. Let's go. Cataract. Rhyming. So my issue here is that I'm having dreams about Gareth.
Starting point is 00:15:41 And I really want that. to stop. This is very meta. This is, by the way, Jake would be furious at this call. Go ahead. I want to hear what was the, what was the, can I get how many? How many dreams? It's been a couple of, it's been a couple
Starting point is 00:15:57 of months, probably like seven or eight. Okay, been a couple months, seven or eight. What's the issue? Gerith, I'm going to have you. Two specific dreams that have recurred. You handle this one, Kat. I'm biased. I think this is a great. I, this is not a problem. This is a dream for Gareth. What if you were like, I've had dreams about you.
Starting point is 00:16:16 Now, Jimmy? Can you tell me the first dream? What broke the seal? The old rat seal. Okay. So, so I'm an elementary school principal. I love this. I, like in the dream, I keep getting paged over the announcements.
Starting point is 00:16:36 And saying, please come down to the office. Gareth Reynolds is here to see you. Jimmy, this is real, this is really happening regularly. I swear to God. I swear to God, it's over the last couple of months, over the last few months, over the last, you're doing good, yeah. Over the last six months, it's probably been seven or eight times that I've had this and another dream.
Starting point is 00:16:58 Wait, this is the one that happened. This is the one that happens. Okay, so you're responsible and you're in your actual real life office, so it feels real. I'm in my, I'm not in the office. I'm like somewhere else in the school. And I hear over the announcement, like the. secretary of somebody is saying, can you come down to the office? Gareth Reynolds is here to see you.
Starting point is 00:17:16 And I'm excited about that. The feeling you have at that moment, wherever you are in the school, I'm going to really break this down. Do you feel excited? Do you feel dread? Do you feel? Yeah. No, no.
Starting point is 00:17:27 Excited. Yeah, like, I'm looking forward to excited for sure. I'm a big fan. I'm like, I really do. A celebrities at the school. But like all of, like, I listen to the, I'm a big fan of the dollop. I listen to all of his podcasts and even the next we have that just unfortunately is gone. But yeah, I'm like I've listened to his stand-up specials.
Starting point is 00:17:49 Like I'm a big fan of Gareth, but it's weird that I'm having all of these dreams. It's weird. This happens to a ton of people. Go ahead, Kevin. This is a very regular thing. What's the next thing that happens after you get the announcement? Do you go and see it? Yeah.
Starting point is 00:18:06 So then I'm making my way down to the office. And I get there. And then I'm told, oh, he just left, like a polaroo situation. You guys have Pocodod door? In the States? No, no, no, I know the reference. But listen, you Canadians cannot just be dropping Pocaroo and thinking that that where we can handle.
Starting point is 00:18:30 That sounds like something that our previous caller's wife wanted to do with a pitch. A Pocaroo, do you have any idea with the Poceroos? I don't, actually. It's the craziest lowest rent, lowest budgeted kids show ever. Just the whole thing is, it's a crazy reference. You're so triggered right now. You're really upset. You're going to get calls about how awesome Poceroo is, how Pocono is.
Starting point is 00:18:58 From nobody. It's going to be Jimmy doing an oppression. Unbelievable how absurd you are. Yeah, anyway. Okay, so Gareth's gone when you get there. And you're, how do you feel that? gone when I get there. Then I'm like, oh, I just, like, I'm not devastated or anything. Like, I go with my life. But I'm like, oh, man, I just missed him. I just missed them.
Starting point is 00:19:17 And I never get a chance to actually, you know, say hi and introduce myself. And then you wake up? Because I'm a big fan. Uh, yeah. A little bit of a boring dream? I was really hoping something crazy. It's not an exciting dream. Like, I'm not saying that it's exciting. I'm just saying that this is what's happening. I'm gone and you almost had a chance to meet your fucking hero. And then I'm going. gone. Do you think it possibly means that like, what do you do for a living? I'm an elementary school principal.
Starting point is 00:19:47 That's right. You already told me that. Sorry. You're an elementary school principal. And are you living kind of a double life? Because at school, you have to really, you know, be on the up and up. But then your pleasure center is clearly Gareth. Like, that's your sweet spot, right?
Starting point is 00:20:00 That's your comedy forte. These things don't out up. The pleasure centered may not be the word I use, but. It feels like it. Like I am a fan and I like it's comedy and it's your pleasure so. It's your pleasure. Okay. Let's go with that.
Starting point is 00:20:15 It's, yeah. He's my poker. A and would be nice. I'm going to poke a roo your pleasure. Go ahead, Kat. You know what? Don't bring pokeroo because you're going to get angry again and then we're going to lose the momentum off the conversation.
Starting point is 00:20:26 You're absolutely right. Now, these things don't, do you feel a little bit like you're living like a double life situation? Because your subconscious is clearly trying to tell you something. You keep having this dream about you want to hear about. You want to hear about. Gareth at school, but you get there, and of course, Gareth can't be at the school.
Starting point is 00:20:42 You just missed him. So that's... Just to be clear, because I'm busy, not for any sort of legal stuff. He's not allowed to be within any... I'm allowed to be there. You're not allowed within 250. I'm allowed to be there.
Starting point is 00:20:56 Sorry, meters to ever, Canadian. The, no, I... Don't get Ed Gareth, I agree again. My dream is, my other dream. I'll tell you about the other one. is that Come on
Starting point is 00:21:10 no no it's like I'm waiting for like a delivery so sometimes it's like you know all the different like food delivery or maybe it's a package or whatever and I'll get a text
Starting point is 00:21:24 or an email that says your driver is there oh my God keep going the person gets there it's not there I'm disappointed again do you think
Starting point is 00:21:38 you're possibly also disappointed that Gareth is in the place of his career where he's now a delivery guy? Is that the plums of playing? Or the place in his career where he hears about a dream like this and he's never felt happier and he has to kind of try to hide it? And this is like the nicest thing he's ever heard. If he had a tail, everything behind him would be broken. Just wagging away. I'm completely calm as the walls have holes in them. Dry walls going everywhere.
Starting point is 00:22:06 Okay. Okay, so two dreams where you're excited because he's, you're about to meet Gareth, and then boom, he's gone. You don't get the opportunity. Ripped away from you. I do think your subconscious is trying to tell you something. Gareth, is it too meta for you to weigh in here? First of all, again, I don't understand the problem. But Jimmy, a lot of people go through this.
Starting point is 00:22:29 Nope. Never mind. I regret bringing you into this. Absolutely right. I've tried to. Well, okay, this is what I'll say. The issue is that he misses me I'm fine, I'm completely calm.
Starting point is 00:22:40 You're great. I'm completely calm. Fine. It's fine. It's not a big deal. I'm a celebrity. Whatever. Give me out of here.
Starting point is 00:22:48 So what I would say is, you're meeting me now. But maybe there's a way for us to, maybe we can make a little voice memo here. Me to you. Before you go to bed, you can just listen to this. I don't like this. And we can just play it and see. What are you saying that?
Starting point is 00:23:09 That's going to make it worse. Okay. Well, what? All right. It's not worse. It's going to make it more frequent. Maybe. Oh, God.
Starting point is 00:23:17 I'm in a weird fucking fantasy right now. I guess my question is, callers call into this thing because they got a problem, right? Meaning he doesn't, you don't want to dream about Gareth anymore. Right. As much as you're a fan of it is, you don't want to have,
Starting point is 00:23:31 you don't want to wake up feeling weird, right? Right. I still want to, right, I still want to, the content. I enjoy that. Easy with consume? Devour. But you don't want to be having dreams about him. Do you have a partner?
Starting point is 00:23:45 You share a bed? Yes, no, yes, I do. We do share a bed. You have a partner and you share a bed. So when you wake up, do you feel a little guilty for having dreamed about Gareth? Or is it more just like, God, this is so weird. It's taking over my life.
Starting point is 00:24:02 It's not gotten to the point where it's taken over my life. that's true but I do feel weird not like a not like an I'm cheating kind of weird no so there's no like I'm going to cross the line here there's no like morning wood situation
Starting point is 00:24:16 when you wake of that yeah there's I'm no I'm almost 50 anyway so no does it stop at 50 no you got to well you don't know you got to hydrate well I mean I did I did it's still a problem for me I still haven't you heard the table bang
Starting point is 00:24:32 16 times it's not just tail overworking over there. Listen, I got a tail in the front, too. The second you said you had a dream about Gareth, because he's a celebrity. I got a front tail. Earthquake Central over there. Woo!
Starting point is 00:24:46 Listen, I think it sounds like Garrett's going to make you a memo. I think it's going to make it much worse. All right. How about this? I'm going to talk to you right now, Jimmy. Jimmy? Yeah. Come to Jesus.
Starting point is 00:24:56 I want you to listen to me. All right. You need to leave me alone. I need the line of separation between the quality work I'm putting out there and you obsessing over me. All right. Get out of my life, Jimmy.
Starting point is 00:25:09 Are you getting out of here. Jimmy, get out of here. I'm sick and tired of you putting everything on me, making me an Amazon driver the freaking nerve. I don't have time for this. Stop trying to meet me and respect the boundaries. You want to give a thumbs up on my 60 seconds of crowdwork that's mid-level? That's okay.
Starting point is 00:25:32 But inviting me to your school. Me bringing your packages? Go fuck yourself, Jimmy. I want nothing to do with you. Now, get out of here! Yeah! Oh, Jimmy, give it up. I mean, that was very good.
Starting point is 00:25:47 Go away, Jimmy! Okay, you've done it, Gareth. I hate you! Nope. Jimmy, I hate you! Too far. And I hooked up with your wife! What?
Starting point is 00:25:58 You didn't say it was a woman. I gave her the pokeroo. Oh, brother. Anything to bring it back? back to that. Jimmy, it feels like Gareth just maybe put it to rest. He put a lot of my dreams to rest, that's for sure. I do think I'm worried, a little bit worried.
Starting point is 00:26:14 I'd love a follow-up just to make sure he didn't just change your dream. Now I'm going to be in Harry and the Henderson's and he's trying to send me to the woods. His references are phenomenal. The idea that you're dropping Harry into Henderson's in 2026 is remarkable. That one traveled, though.
Starting point is 00:26:35 I agree. I'm very, yes, this is the Lithgow Harry. So this is. That's international waters, my friend. Jimmy, get out of here, okay? Now, if you call back, here's the thing that I like about this. If this persists, call back. We'll try a different tactic.
Starting point is 00:26:52 Yeah. I think we can do go the voice memo, but this is a very unique meta experience. I'm going to give one more quickie piece of advice, and then we're going to get rid of you, Jimmy. Here's my little quickie. There are hypnotists and don't hang up because I've had friends who've used hypnotists to quit smoking
Starting point is 00:27:11 to enormous amount of things. It's effective. It's effective. If it gets to the place where you're like, it is kind of upsetting me and I don't want to have these dreams anymore, I still want to be able to consume his content however you said it, but I don't want him in my dreams anymore. That is a route you can take.
Starting point is 00:27:28 I don't love what happened to your eyes doing to consume the content. Well, why don't we don't want him in my dreams anymore? Well, why don't we float this out there? If any hypnotists are listening to this show and want to do a follow-up with Jimmy, Cat, and myself, well, we can try to get me out of Jimmy's dreams. And this is going to be something a lot of people are going to want to try to do. Yeah, sure. They get a lot of, this show gets a ton of emails about these.
Starting point is 00:27:48 I'm surprised we're finally dipping into them. But maybe we can go that route. But for now, Jimmy, leave me alone. Okay? You like a turn of here? No, that's what I'll do. I'll leave you alone. I will just go back to the woods.
Starting point is 00:28:05 But I quite frankly, I am really excited to meet some online hypnotists. I think that would be really fun. Yeah, all right. The way you said that creeped everyone out, Jimmy. Didn't love it. All right, Jimmy. Keep us posted. Good luck, my friend.
Starting point is 00:28:23 Let us know if you wake up. Thanks very much, guys. All right, buddy. Okay. Bye. Bye. Bye. What just happened?
Starting point is 00:28:30 What is, what? Well, you know what just happened. You made it a wet dream. And that's something that, now, he's very, he's clearly, like, susceptible to shit. He's going to go to sleep and have a dream about you delivering the goods, if you know what I mean. But the cat, the cat. He's still in the room, just so you guys know. Okay.
Starting point is 00:28:47 Let him out, please. Oh, I got to go. Okay. Yeah, get out of here. Jesus Christ. Jimmy leave. Pokeroo, pokeroo. Jimmy.
Starting point is 00:28:56 Oh, Jimmy. He's a boundary situation. He's a boundary. Yeah. Yeah, he's very pigeony. But if... What if he just listed your address? He's like, look, I don't want to think about 1-1-1-7 Street.
Starting point is 00:29:05 No, no. But, you know, look, Kat, we're at the point where I have not had the opportunity a lot to make a guy of a wet dream about me. So maybe that just freaked out there. I'm sure you've gotten a lot of this stuff. And this is new to me. You're your toe dipping. You're enjoying yourself. Look, this is what it is to be.
Starting point is 00:29:28 a celeb. Yeah, I mean, even saying that, I know how bad that was. You know how good it felt to just... Does it feel good? No, because of your reaction. If you had... If you'd done nothing during that, that would have helped. Can you imagine if I
Starting point is 00:29:42 just... But imagine how much worse it would have been if I was like, congrats. Yeah, that's also not great. Too much. Yeah, too much. But if I'd been like, I'm a celebrity and you just look normally, I'd have been like, oh yeah, I am a celebrity. But instead, you were like, Jesus. So then I was like, yeah, I'm not.
Starting point is 00:29:58 Want me to just look normally when this guy is saying that they're calling out on the principal to come to his office? By the way, can you imagine sending your kids to this school after that call? What a nightmare. Get them out. What a nightmare. If you have kids that at a school in Ottawa, try to match that voice and get them out of there. Home school, all of them. Honest to God.
Starting point is 00:30:19 All right. Well, hopefully we'll hear from Jimmy again. I would love that. You know, if he wakes up sticky, we know what to do. Enough. I know. I'm done. I'm not even saying it anymore.

Hi. Hi. What's your name? My name is Lynn. Hi, Lynn. Where are you from? I am from South Dakota.
Starting point is 00:33:49 That there is. I could never, yeah, right there on the CUS. It's the O's reveal. Yeah, yeah. Now, Lynn from South Dakota, give me a don't you know. Don't you know? Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Excuse me? Lynn. Lynn, what last time he left South Dakota, Lynn?
Starting point is 00:34:13 In January. Okay, it's strong. I know. It's embarrassing. No, that's not embarrassed. But I'm telling you, when you're out in the real world, people, we know. And it's okay. We know.
Starting point is 00:34:22 Don't be afraid. Yeah, South Dakota. I always feel the people with accidents are the first to be, like, I don't even have an accent. No, do you think we have accents? Yeah, she's like, oh, yeah, you sound crazy. Do we sound crazy, Lynn? Um, you do have an accent.
Starting point is 00:34:37 I will say. Who has an accent? Catherine? What do you think? Of the two of us, Lynn, who has the accent? Gareth or Catherine here? Garrett, for sure. Where's mine?
Starting point is 00:34:51 What's mine? It's there. It's all over. What, all over? What do you call mine? Your A is a little hard. You do like a Catherine. Yes, that's it.
Starting point is 00:35:02 I think that might be the main part. I can't really pinpoint it, but it's definitely there. I mean, English people in Wisconsin. It's not easy. Lynn, do me a favor. Give me a little bit of a Gareth impression just for a couple of sections. What does he sound like? And then I want to hear yours.
Starting point is 00:35:17 Okay. This is, okay, just to say this is nice. Linda and Gareth in three, two, one. Hi. I love cats. That's pretty good. Very, very smart. Lynn, I really like you.
Starting point is 00:35:34 And by the way, that was a... And I'm not a fan. That was a dead on, Geras. The script is... I thought so, too. The script's difficult to hear that it's... I am smart. I am smart.
Starting point is 00:35:48 Lynn, I'm a big fan already. Wait, Cat, let me hear your me, because I've heard impressions of me, and they can be quite as old. Hey, Cat, it's me, rat. Oh, man. I wash myself thoroughly. I swear. Come on.
Starting point is 00:36:02 I was on the road. Would you believe? Ah, man. Is that sort of, Lynn, you like it? Okay, between the two of us, we've covered it. I couldn't tell the difference. I thought you stopped talking,
Starting point is 00:36:17 and I thought he was talking the whole time. Lynn, I love you. I'm not a fan. Lynn, can I ask you a personal question? We're trying to get to know. get to know our lovely listeners such as yourself. And if you were to be reincarnated, this is actually inspired by my son Liam,
Starting point is 00:36:33 he loves to ask this. If you were to be reincarnated, what would you be a human, would you be an animal, would you be an insect, would you be a tree? And if so, which breed? Oh, any.
Starting point is 00:36:44 I honestly would love to be left alone if I was reincarnated. Just like floating. Like maybe a protected bird. Like maybe an eagle. Like you can't shoot me. You can have. admire me.
Starting point is 00:36:57 Rare, though. And I can just do the whole thing. Wow. Yeah. And I can just be left alone. That's a pretty interesting answer. She wants to be a protected left alone bird. Lynn, are you married?
Starting point is 00:37:12 I am. How's it going? No kids. No, just dogs. Now, is your husband driving you crazy? Is that part of the problem today? Because an eagle being left alone, I'm smelling something in the water here. You know, I think the problem is,
Starting point is 00:37:26 I just got done with teaching summer semester. So I think that's where the problem lies. Leave her alone. Okay, give me your problem, Lynn. A protected bird. Okay, so here's the situation. We're going to. I don't have a cat.
Starting point is 00:37:43 He's so smart. So smart, Gary. She just didn't impress them to me. It was problematic. Go ahead, Lynn. So we're going to Italy in a couple weeks. Fun. And, yeah.
Starting point is 00:37:54 And it's a. couples trip as well as like we have a single friend. So there's seven of us going. But the problem is we're all sharing an Airbnb like a few of them. And which sounds great. It sounds fun. My husband makes very interesting noises when he sleeps. Oh boy. And and I'm nervous that people are going to think that we're getting it on the whole trip. First of all, how long you've been married? 10 years. Lynn, let them think you're screwing all goddamn night. If that's the worst thing they're talking about over coffee, you did your job.
Starting point is 00:38:34 All you want is for people to think you guys are still fucking liking. Is that right? Yeah, you don't want to be known as like some old stale couple. You want to know that the spice is still there. What are we? But she's not making noises, so he just sounds like he's bad in bed. Hold on. Natalie, no one asked you. And also, Lynn, I think, I think.
Starting point is 00:38:54 think that a guy moaning his head off and you're super silent, you are doing your job. Now, wait a minute. Okay, hold on, hold on a second, Lynn. Let me just jump in here quick. Catherine, how, what is the regular clip for a married couple's? Well, it depends. It depends on lifestyle. Kids, are the kids young or the kids old? What's the job? But Lynn's a protected bird. But go ahead. What's your answer? I think, you know, at the risk of sounding unsexual, I think one to two times a week is you're doing just fine. That seems, that seems, two seems okay for a married couple with a couple kids to me. Yeah, right?
Starting point is 00:39:31 Yeah. You got to find your windows. Yeah, I think that's fine. Lynn, what are you clipping at right now? A couple times a week. Couple times a week like two or a couple times like four? Probably around three. Good for you.
Starting point is 00:39:47 Good for you. Yeah. And can I get a sound of what? your husband sounds like in the middle of the night just so I can gauge the problem. Yeah. So the problem is he sounds, at first he makes just like little, when he starts to fall asleep, little squeaking noises. Sorry?
Starting point is 00:40:05 Okay. Yes. It starts squeaky. Yes. And every time, okay, I will say I did try to record it multiple times, but he's a light sleeper. So every time my phone, the brightness went on, he woke up. But it starts by squeaking noises and then it goes into like loud moans. Lynn, Lynn, Lynn, Lynn, she yells.
Starting point is 00:40:29 You're describing the painting. We want to see it. What does the squeaking sound like? Okay, okay, just a second. So roll through from squeaking to moaning to yelling. Okay, okay. That's the squeaking? That's what I consider squeaking.
Starting point is 00:40:51 Let her continue. That's a bad start. Yeah. It's going to get worse. This is an art. Okay. This is an art. I love that she's like, he's a light sleeper.
Starting point is 00:41:01 He's a light sleep. Ain't no way you're sleeping through this. No, it's true. Okay. I'm not a light. Yeah. Anyway, and then he'll go on. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:41:10 Then he'll go on to, uh. Lynn. Lind. He's got porn scream. This is the moan? That's not even yelling. That's the moan. That's the problem.
Starting point is 00:41:24 That's why it's the problem. Hold on, Lynn. Yeah. Let's hear it to yell. Okay. And then you go, ah. Okay. Oh, yeah.
Starting point is 00:41:32 I know it's fucking. It sounds like he's fucking. It sounds like he's fucking. It sounds like he's porn fucking. Right. Putting on a show. Uh, does he shout? Does he shout?
Starting point is 00:41:42 I'm going to come? No one believed in me that this was, that this happened. And then, One of my friends heard it during our trip to the hills, and she had to leave the cabin, and she slept in a hammock outside. Holy shit. What are you doing sharing us? Why would you do this?
Starting point is 00:41:59 Why these people don't know? Well, there's just, I told them, but I don't think they know the extent of it. All right. Here's my solution. It's quick. It's dirty. Oh, my God, Lynn, of course you want to be a freaking protected bird. You're getting a tent, and you're sticking that motherfucker outside.
Starting point is 00:42:19 Because he is going to wake up the whole house. And if anybody asks, I think you say it, you're like, look, I'm crazy about that man. But when he goes to sleep, he goes to war and a porn. And you don't want to hear it. Honestly, he is war porning. He's war porning. Well, and I ask him, do you remember your dreams? And he claims he doesn't.
Starting point is 00:42:39 But there's no way he can't. Does he ever say words? Does he ever say like, get away from me? No, sometimes he'll talk about work. if he says words he'll be like well I guess this could go either way he said once either do it either do it right or don't do it
Starting point is 00:42:56 at all so Lynn this is the word she'll go either way Lynn oh my god how far into your relationship did you discover this this only started like four years ago so you married a reg and now you got a war pornor
Starting point is 00:43:12 right yes I mean I mean has he seen a doctor like why did this all of a sudden start? I don't know. When he's stressed or when he's not in his like, when there's change in schedule or if we're like traveling, Lynn, Lynn, Lynn, Lynn.
Starting point is 00:43:31 Yeah. You just mentioned three things that are going to be happening on your trip. Yeah, exactly. I mean, what are you, what is your plan when you're sharing Airbnb with people? And they're not only going to think that you guys are fucking. they're going to think you're cam couples. Because also think you're filming it. It's gay.
Starting point is 00:43:54 They're going to think he's showing off. Think about that. They're going to be like, we get it. Fuck. Lynn, look, I love it. Even despite your offensive impression of me. But you are headed towards a buzzsaw. Everyone is going to learn.
Starting point is 00:44:12 What you're going to do is you're going to go to Italy. People are going to be jet-let. I mean, he's going to be his clock. The clock is going to be upside down. Oh, my God. You're right. You're right. And you're going to be in a shared space where three other couples and some weird single person
Starting point is 00:44:29 who we don't even need to get into right now are going to be trying to get some sleep. I thought that was a problem. Okay. Have you considered a sound machine? Because, you know, you can do that on your phone. Like, if my husband snores, I put on a white noise on my phone and you can make a pretty loud. The husband's white noise. I could try.
Starting point is 00:44:46 I mean, I could try that. the problem is after we talk, I'm feeling like this is my fault. Like, you know, Lynn, why is this your problem? When is this trip? It's next week.
Starting point is 00:44:59 Holy, holy, holy. Lynn, listen, this is a, we are on your team. Yeah. We are your aunt and uncle. This is a safe space. We want to help you. But before we help you,
Starting point is 00:45:10 we have to explain to you that, uh, you know, this isn't even your fault. I mean, you're dealing with this, this guy. You know, this is his fault in whatever way.
Starting point is 00:45:20 But I just don't know how you're going to be able to. First of all, we got to give the people a heads up. Yes. And second of all, I almost think we need a backup plan. I think he's sleeping somewhere else. Because all the normal stuff, like sound machine or like give other people earplugs, if he's yelling and saying stuff like, oh, I think we should switch courses. I'm going to finish.
Starting point is 00:45:44 I love that it's actually, he's just. just like yelling bland things as he's like, oh, by the way. But Kat, I think you should put that in a memo. Let me tell you when I knew we were in for a ride, when the squeak was a yell. I know. It started hard.
Starting point is 00:46:01 It started real hard. The squeak, the squeak, a squeak to me is a, well, of course you're a rat. Stop. Stop. So can we put him in another space? Or is that, I mean, I know it's expensive if you're going in Italy. But surely, he's, is there somewhere else he can sleep?
Starting point is 00:46:17 Well, yeah, we might have to. I mean, every place we have has a little balcony. I can pick them outside. What's the weather like in a week? It's going to be warm. It's going to be warm, but the nights are going to be cool. He's warm-porn. What do you want?
Starting point is 00:46:33 Excuse me. We are not going to go toss this night yeller on the balcony in downtown Florence so that he becomes a social pariah and the American footprint becomes even worse in some of these countries. Well, then what's your solution? I'm not sure yet, but I'll tell you one thing. You're not going to put this goddamn yeller out on a balcony like he's doing figaro in his dreams. Natalie, what you got? Do you remember, Gareth, that, um, that woman that had those nightmares because of her boyfriend's mouth tape? Yes. Have we tried mouth tape? Would that help? Mouth tape, Lily? He's like muffled, you know? I mean, look, look, we might get there. We might get there.
Starting point is 00:47:16 Lynn, okay. What we need to do is, first of all, are you staying in multiple places or one? We're staying in four places. Now, what is the layout of these places? Are there? We know there's a balcony. Because we need to find, I mean, we need to find the. Is there a sofa in another space kind of thing?
Starting point is 00:47:36 Or is that just as bad? Yeah. Yeah, all of them are like apartments with three or four bedroom. Yeah. Yeah. But they've got to be close. But, you know, the problem is we kick our single friend into the, like, on the sofa. Oh, they're on the couch. Okay. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:47:54 I don't think a couch is the solution. I think, this is what I think. You got to bury them six feet under. I think we got to get to work now. We got to start experimenting with some stuff now. I think first thing's going to let them know, okay? Send a note and be like, guys, I've been meaning, I've been meaning to get in touch with you. What's your husband's name? Let's give him a new name. Okay.
Starting point is 00:48:19 You guys name them. Snorts. Snorts. Perry has this issue. It started recently, but he can be very loud at night. I actually, this is what I think, Lynn, I'm not kidding. I think what Katz said is right. I'm not thinking we say this started six years ago.
Starting point is 00:48:38 I think you say in the last couple months, just started. This just started. So we're kind of managing it. Because otherwise, I think people are going to think there's a, dereliction of duty. I also think you're right. I think what we got to do is let's, my brother does this. And it's always seems psychotic to me. But he tries to beat the jet lag before he leaves. So let's get Perry and you maybe on Italy time now. So you guys are going to have to start dealing. Or inching torts. Andching torts. Yeah. But let's let's start going to bed a lot later by the time we get there so that when
Starting point is 00:49:12 you all get there, you're adjusted more than the other people so that maybe he's not going to feel so out of sorts. And also, maybe these people are going to bed a lot later than you two. And so we can get some of the scream sleeping out of the way. Lynn, have you spoke to a, Lily, have you spoken to a doctor about this? I have not. My husband's the type of guy. Like, he's a mechanic. And now I'm stereotyping. but he's not the type of guy to go to a doctor unless like a limb has fallen off. Or he keeps the house of people up all night from screaming. If you were to give him like an ambient, would that make it worse, you think?
Starting point is 00:49:54 Because then you wouldn't be able to wake him up and it would be like. Then maybe he starts walking. Right, right, right, forget it. Hey! You want to know that. You're so wet. Do you mean like sneaking him in Ambien, like crushing it up in his yogurt? Or like, howing him.
Starting point is 00:50:11 I think she needs to be part of the solution. I think you've got to be like, buddy, here's what I'm dealing with. I want to protect these seven friends, including the one single person who we're not going to deal with today on this call. And how do we protect them during the night? Because you... I think Kat is right. Listen, honestly, Lynn, I think that we're going to need a few solutions here. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:50:30 And I think what we need one that we need to do is I think you need to, you know, turn the brightness. So we're adjusting to time. Turn the brightness on the phone off. Get a record of this. Let him hear what the fuck is happening. I should. You will. Are you sleeping?
Starting point is 00:50:49 So I'm kind of used to it, but I do wake up in like a hot rage sometimes. I would too. Because I'll wake up to like screaming and moaning. And then I'm like, you're cheating on me in your dream. And he's like, no, I can't remember it. Lynn, I'm going to tell you this right now. It is very good that you called us because not only are we going to help you adjust for this trip. We need to change this whole living. You can't be waking up in hot
Starting point is 00:51:15 rages. It's crazy. You're just used to it. You can't be sleeping next to someone who's, you're a rare bird, Lynn. You've got to be protected. You're protected. You've got to be protected. You're endangered. Instead, you're flying to your nest that's in a velociraptor den. Ugh. So I'm also going to incorporate this. Put them in the basement. You have a basement? Well, they're going to Italy. They don't have basements. I know.
Starting point is 00:51:42 I'm talking about day-to-day. Italy's going to be flash in the pan. She's dealing with a nightmare. I am also going to suggest that you, Lynn, are packing, cat alluded to this, four white noise machines. And you're going to put them at the door of every room. So that when these people are going to sleep, they might not want to hear AM radio,
Starting point is 00:52:03 but they're going to want to hear that over Perry shouting about work or thinking you guys are fucking. But I think we... You're going to line your door with a towel. I agree there too. You're going to slide it to the bottom. You're going to give everyone some good quality ear plugs. You are toweling your door like you guys are doing bong rips in there.
Starting point is 00:52:22 Yeah. So here's what... So far, here's our agenda. You're going to reach out to the people that you're doing this trip with. You're going to let them know that Perry has developed a sleep condition called screaming. you're going to, at the layout of the Airbnb, find the rooms that are furthest away from everyone else. Smart.
Starting point is 00:52:44 You're not going to put him on the balcony where he's going to roll to his death. I'm not against that one. I am against that one. You two need to think about the quality of life of another human. You're not going to put him on a balcony where he's going to scream in the middle of the night in downtown Italy cities.
Starting point is 00:53:01 Do you know how loud it is in downtown Italy? They're not going to, he's just going to be part of the frigging white noise there. No, he's not. Some of these towns are shut down and he's going to be out of balcony. Everybody screaming out. Ha! Oh, sounds like the baker is awake. I can't finish this.
Starting point is 00:53:17 I can't finish this. I can't. You fix it. You fix it. You fix it. Sounds like Italy. No, it does not sound like Italy. You're going to pack white noise machines.
Starting point is 00:53:28 And you're also ear plugs for everybody. Yes, exactly. And you're going to record him. so he knows what you're dealing with and you're going to start to jet lag yourselves this week so that you can get ahead of a little bit. I love it. I got one more pitch.
Starting point is 00:53:47 When my husband snores, I put a pillow over his face, not in like a sleep with the fish's way, but like it does muffle it significantly. You're going to put a pillow over that man's face. I don't hear it. What do we do? And then that makes me think, like, what do we do about the flight?
Starting point is 00:54:05 What if he falls asleep? He's going to crash. The plane is going to crash. I don't. God for good. I don't know. I mean, Lynn, these are, listen. This is a real problem.
Starting point is 00:54:16 You just showed up. She's got to see a doctor, Lynn. This is the, wait, we're calling her Lynn. It's Lily, no? No, Lily was Lynn. You got it. Forgive me, forgive me, Lynn. You got to see a doctor.
Starting point is 00:54:26 It's fine. It's fine. But we're not going to take any more else because, yes, we are, when you get back, we are going to go to a sleep doctor. A doctor. Listen. Because he's going to hear the recording and he's going to agree to it. Record him.
Starting point is 00:54:41 Yeah, okay. I will. So, Lynn, we're at the point where we're going to ask, what are you going to do not only for your trip, but for our long-term health here. What are you going to do? Yeah. You know what? I think for our long-term marriage help, I need to get him into a doctor. Yes.
Starting point is 00:55:02 So then I stop waking up, wanting to shove him off. the bed. Yeah, how could you not? That's our long-termer. And I think you're 100% right. And that's going to need, you're going to need the recording for the doctor and you're going to need the recording for Perry. And maybe for us. And maybe for and absolutely for us. And absolutely for it. And mainly for us. Yeah. And but now we're basically doctors. But 100%. But now we're talking about what's the trip plan? Yeah. I'm going to have to. Yeah. I'm going to have to come clean with everyone and say, because, you know, it's something I lightly joked about before, but they don't understand the extent of it.
Starting point is 00:55:42 No, nobody does. No one could. No one could, except our single friend that heard it once. Oh, so you've got someone on board who's like, no, she's speaking the truth. He is rage-fucking someone. What is the single person's reaction? What did they say? Well, she's like, at first she thought it was a joke.
Starting point is 00:56:01 Like, she's like, Logan, you're- That's not good. Well, no. So she thought it was a joke. Right. And then she realized it wasn't a joke and couldn't wake him up. Because a long story, we were all sleeping in the same room. He wouldn't wake up for her.
Starting point is 00:56:17 So then she left, went out, left outside and slept in a hammock. Oh, what do you know? Oh, that's the. What do you know? Gareth, I'm telling you the balcony is a real option. Balcony, it's, you know, so, and I think what I'm going to do is send out a group text, inform them. Yeah.
Starting point is 00:56:31 You know, I'm not above, you know, encouraging him to sleep outside. I have really good life insurance. Lynn, Lynn, listen, if you want to talk about him rolling off a balcony on your own time, that's up to you. Karen. I'm sure there's a string. We have a disclaimer at the end, but if we make headlines over this guy, sleep rolling in Rome. That's a good question, though. Is he moving a lot?
Starting point is 00:56:59 No. Steph is aboard. Yeah, he is. It's weird that he's stiff as a board for a guy who sounds like he's coming for eight hours a night. Is it? Lynn, I think we're going to send out this group text, and I think we're going to not put Perry on the group text, and I think we're going to explain that you'll be bringing white noise machines, which you will. We're going to be bringing ear plugs.
Starting point is 00:57:23 You're going to be toweling the door. When you get there, you're going to location scout and find the area where he will do the least damage. And I, and assure people that you or two are trying to get ahead of the jet lag a little bit now. Because you're going to drop a bomb on this group text. I'm just preparing you for the reality. If I was going on a trip to Italy with a group of people. I'm picking a new place to sleep. I'm excited.
Starting point is 00:57:46 I'm thinking about the wine, the food. And someone tells me, hey, by the way, I brought a, you're going to all be sleeping in haunted locations because of my husband. Yeah. I'm going to, you know, I'm going to want to know what the plan is a little bit. You might even want to send the recording. Prep them because then all of a sudden everyone's helping you out. It can't all fall on you, Lynn. I think that's actually a very good point.
Starting point is 00:58:10 I think send them the recording because then it's going to feel like you're not on an island. Yeah. You're in a village. And by the way, then they have also compassion for you. Yes. Yes. This is Lynn. This is the most important phone call you've made in a while.
Starting point is 00:58:26 Yeah, I think so. You know, I think you're right. I think you are too. This is big. So we're going to deal with the immediate. Yep. And then we're going to deal with the long term. Yep. But do you agree to all of these points?
Starting point is 00:58:38 I agree. Are you going to send a text to the group? Yep. I'll do that right when I get off the phone. Would you rather do it with two professionals on the call right now? Sure. All right. Let's bring up, you can do it on your notes and you can copy paste or we can open the group text and Kat, I think we help her because I want to get this right. Gareth, take it away, bud.
Starting point is 00:59:06 Let me know when you're ready. Let me just get the names in here. Oh, sure. Okay. You ready? Bonjourno. Nice. A strong start.
Starting point is 00:59:21 That's Italian. Exclamation point? Yeah. That's an exclamation. No, he's excited. She's excited. Okay. One or two?
Starting point is 00:59:28 One. One, yeah. Don't be ridiculous. Yeah, we're saying when to the waiter. That's Italian for a good day, exclamation point. They know that, Karen. You can edit this one we're done. You're having fun.
Starting point is 00:59:42 Okay. I'm being a goof. I'm writing down everything. Okay. Can't wait for the trip next week. Oh, no. Really? Both of us have been looking forward to it for so long now.
Starting point is 00:59:57 Okay. I'm almost cut. that. Okay. It's your time. I wanted to let everyone know just one tiny wrinkle that has emerged recently. Recently. Recently with Perry when he sleeps.
Starting point is 01:00:18 Very recent. Recently does it. Recently does it. Don't overdo it. It's going to seem like you're lying. Which you are. When Perry gets into a deep sleep, he makes noises sometimes that range from a loud squeak to a roaring moan to a louder moan.
Starting point is 01:00:47 Feels like you're double using loud. Cat, this isn't getting set to the network. You're going to do a pass, okay? All right, all right. You're going to have your time. Okay, okay. This is just the vomit draft. I love it.
Starting point is 01:01:00 We've got to get it out. We got to get it out. Yep. I am able to sleep through it for the most part. However. However, I do worry that the time change may affect and worsen the problem. In order to manage it, Perry and I are trying to get onto Italian time before the trip. along with
Starting point is 01:01:40 we will be packing white noise machines for everyone to put at their door at night as well as air plugs for those who feel that they need them and we will be putting towels under our door in an attempt to mitigate any problems which again
Starting point is 01:02:09 I'm not even saying there will be. But let's be honest. I thought I'd just give a heads up, but I really don't think this is going to affect what is going to be a phenomenal trip. I don't think that last sentence is fair. Now, Lynn, I want you to read back what you have
Starting point is 01:02:33 on Cat. Let her rip. There's no feelings here other than we want people to feel good. Yep. Bonjourno. That's Italian for good day That's jumping in there
Starting point is 01:02:44 Go ahead, Nix it Look, you know your friends better than I You feel good about that That's Italian for good day I don't even feel good about it And I'm the hack who said it Why don't you just say bonjourno? It was hard to say
Starting point is 01:03:00 I'm not going to lie There we go We don't need to be rude Cross it out cross We don't need to hurt people Who are trying to help us Lynn Gareth you're only making the impression of you eventually worse
Starting point is 01:03:10 I'm gonna back off Yeah, wait for the trip next week. Both of us have been looking forward to it for so long now. I wanted to let everyone know just one tiny wrinkle that has emerged recently with Perry. I will change the name before I send it. When Perry gets into a deep sweep. Yeah. We have a third.
Starting point is 01:03:33 When Perry gets into a deep sweep that ranges sometimes from a loud squeak to a loud moan, I'm able to sleep. Did we say he makes a noise there? Did we miss that? When Perry gets into a deep sleep, he can make... Oh, it ranges. He makes a noise that ranges. There we go.
Starting point is 01:03:52 That can range. He makes noises that can range from a loud squeak. Is that what you said? No, I missed a few words. No words. The typing. Okay. He makes noises that can range from a loud squeak to a loud moan.
Starting point is 01:04:08 We use a loud twice. I know. Oh, God, Lynn, same page. Why don't we go to a roaring, a roaring moan? We want to say roaring. I think we have to be honest, Gareth. We have to be honest. Hold on, Lynn.
Starting point is 01:04:21 Let me tell you, and Kat, let me tell you what I'm going for here. I'm thinking that we float this out there, and we're saying this problem is 60% as bad as it is, and when we get there, we can blame the travel on making it worse so that Lynn doesn't seem like she threw everybody into the deep end. Oh, man. So roaring is the only thing I take issue with. All right.
Starting point is 01:04:44 Okay. So what is it, a loud squeak to a louder moan? How about this? Let's lose the loud on squeak. And let's just say from a squeak to a loud moan. There we go. Okay, I like that. But man, are we lying?
Starting point is 01:05:01 Yeah. We're the ones roaring because we're lying so much. So, okay, I'm able to sleep through it for the most part. However, I do worry that the time change may affect and worsen the problem. In order to manage it, Perry and I are trying to get on Italian time before the trip. Italian. And I will be bringing, what did I say? You said it right.
Starting point is 01:05:24 You said everything's perfect, you gorgeous thing. Keep going. You rare bird. I say word. Keep flying, you rare bird. Don't stop. They'll hunt you. Nobody can shoot you.
Starting point is 01:05:35 Keep going. You're too high. before the trip along a trip and bring white noise machines for everyone earplugs and we'll be putting towels under our door in an attempt
Starting point is 01:05:46 to mitigate any problems and then we suggest you suggested saying I thought I'd just give a heads up but I really don't think this will be a problem do we want to add that at the end I do. Feels like, okay, okay
Starting point is 01:05:59 I mean it's, well what do you think Cap because I think when we get there we want Linda go I don't know. Oh my God, guys. I'm so much worse than normal. Yeah.
Starting point is 01:06:11 I wonder if it should be as opposed to like, I don't even think this is going to be an issue. I feel like, hey, I'm so sorry to throw this at you guys. Believe me,
Starting point is 01:06:18 I'm dealing with it too. I wonder if it should be more about how Lynn is like new to this, fresh to this, and all she wants to do is make sure everyone has a good time. I like that.
Starting point is 01:06:27 So feel compassion for Lynn. Now, I like that. I like that. And then you're not lying as much. Put that down and then I'm going to ask you a question. And I'm sure. sure Natalie knows we got to bleep out the real name because you did say it.
Starting point is 01:06:39 I know I did. I didn't know if anyone caught it, but it happened. Oh, I got it. Oh, brother. I caught that, fucker. Let me know when you're ready because I do have a question. I think I'm ready. When did the single friend hear Perry make his screams? Three years ago. Oh, so this has been happening a while.
Starting point is 01:07:03 So here's what I'm going to say. The recent isn't going to play. I'm going to say it's something to the effect of this has been going on for a couple of years, but it's gotten a little worse over the past few months. It's spiked. It's spiked recently, and I want to prepare you for it. We don't want this friend going recently. I had to sleep in a hammock as a Perry.
Starting point is 01:07:21 He's been scream moaning since 92. Yeah, I thought they filmed porn in there. Yeah. So it's been going on for a while now, but it's spiked recently, and I wanted to prepare you for it. guys, I'm so sorry to throw this at you. I myself am figuring out how to manage the situation from day to day. Still so looking forward. Let's not go too heavy at the end.
Starting point is 01:07:44 Because I don't want everyone to be like, I don't want to go. I think we might get divorced. I don't know how to handle this. Can't make 11. We made 10. Yeah. Right. Okay.
Starting point is 01:07:54 So let us know when you're ready with the draft and let's hear it one more time, one. Okay. Thank you for clearing. Bonjourno. Yeah, wait for the trip next week. Both of us have been looking forward to it for so long now. I wanted to let everyone know just one tiny wrinkle that has emerged recently with Perry. When Perry gets into a deep sleep, he makes noises.
Starting point is 01:08:19 That can range sometimes from a squeak to a loud moan. I am able to sleep through it for the most part. However, I do worry that the time change may affect and worsen the problem. In order to manage it, Gary and I are trying to get on Italian time for the trip, along with white noise machines for everyone, ear plugs,
Starting point is 01:08:39 and we will be putting towels under our door in an attempt to mitigate any problems. I thought I'd just give a heads up, but I really don't think this will be a problem. It's been going on for a while now that it's spiked recently, and I wanted to prepare you for it. I'm going to say lose the I wanted to prepare you for it. Okay.
Starting point is 01:09:01 This whole thing is... Sounds too heavy. Sounds too heavy. Sounds like we're going like, you're all going to get herpes on this trip. Yeah, yeah, yeah, yeah. Okay. And then the only other thing is I want to make it clear that you're bringing white noise machines for the trip. And I want to make sure you follow through on that.
Starting point is 01:09:16 Yeah, you got to do that. Okay. You got to order those and get those and be ready. Although phones have an app. Yeah, but they can, they might listen. They might, nobody wants to drain their battery. And also, they might need the reinforcements because I don't know if you remember. perry's making noises so loud it sounds like there should be spanking going on.
Starting point is 01:09:35 He's yelling. Yeah, yeah, yeah. Okay. You want to get, and they make them pretty small. Yeah, okay, I just edited that. Great. You feel good? I do feel good.
Starting point is 01:09:45 Great. Did you want proof that I sent it? Well, did you change the Perry? No, not yet. Okay, change that. Change that, screenshot it after you send it, and then. And for the love of God, Get some sleep.
Starting point is 01:10:02 Get some sleep. And obviously, we're very invested, so we're going to want to know not only how this trip goes, but how these people receive. I want to hear the recording. I'm going to be diligent about getting a recording. You got a bunch of shit to do for the show. Man, you got work to do. Did you send it? Yeah, I just changed the name.
Starting point is 01:10:21 I'm going to copy this. I'm a little slow with technology, which is dangerous. We trust you. Send us the screenshot. Yep. And, Lynn, for the love of God, get. get a nap in there and take care. Okay, my beautiful bird.
Starting point is 01:10:35 Okay. I appreciate that. Thank you, everybody, so much. All right. Bye, bye, bye, bye, go ahead, Gareth. Fly strong. Bye now. We love her.
Starting point is 01:10:42 Bye. I love you. I love you. I love you. I love you. I love you. Love you. Love you, say it back again.
