What's new, what's new with Menace?
What's up everybody and welcome to another edition of What's New Pod. I'm Menace, I'm joined by Bort, a.k.a. Brett.
He's an audio expert and syndication expert with the Witty Show, a boring show that you can hear across the United States and around the world on AFN.
We are joined by our friends Eric and Randy who are coming to us live from Downey, California.
In the same building but not in the same room. Also, just
over yonder in Whittier, California
is our buddy Tyler
aka Heavy T and our lovely
friend Julianne coming to us
live from Covina, California
and I can't wait to recap
our trip to Oakland
to see the
A's versus Dodgers, but
check this out real quick.
Myself and Bort, this is a last-minute ad.
So hopefully you can come hang out with us tomorrow.
That is August 14th in Marietta.
We're going to be at Raising Cane's.
Now, this is the second location to open up in Marietta.
From 2 to 4 p.m., the location is 28020 Clinton Keith Road.
That's 28020 Clinton Keith Road.
Do not show up to the wrong Raising Cane's.
Again, this is tomorrow, August 14th.
It is a Wednesday.
Hope to see you there.
And if you heard anything about us doing a North Hollywood meetup, that has been canceled.
So do not be at that one.
Don't go there.
Now let's get into it.
We finally did it.
Sorry we didn't do a podcast last weekend because Julianne was going to be out of town
and Tyler got called into work last minute.
But we all went to Oakland and it was such a great time.
We all got to the airport super early in the morning on a Sunday.
And it was fun just like, you know, just being all together in the same place
at the same time for once.
It was actually fun to actually hang out
with everybody in person and see everybody's faces
and not just be angry to hear Tyler
screwing up a microphone for twice.
It's like, I get to see Tyler, yeah.
Me, Tyler and Randy all showed up together
because we came from the same part of town
and we got to the airport
and we surprisingly were the last ones there. And I'm not surprised because I was with those two,
but they were with me. So I got them there on time. And we're on the Uber coming over from
a spot in Burbank. Julian's already through TSA. Brett's already through TSA. And like,
we're already, we're like an hour ahead of schedule. And I'm like, what the hell? And
then we walked through, we couldn't find anybody, but we didn't make it down to the bar,
which makes sense. And then of course, Julianianne you know right at the bar top yeah you guys i was thirsty yeah now the one thing
about burbank airport which is pretty awesome is if you ever follow me on social media ever when
i fly out there i always do the same post it's the same post because i love it is that you can board
in the back of the plane and what i always do is I have that one shot where I get to walk under the wing
and then I walk into the back, right?
And then while we're checking in, we're all together except for Julianne.
She had like C boarding.
We all had A boarding.
And I say, I'm like, oh, let's board from the back.
Well, guess who's the one guy who doesn't listen?
And that's Tyler who starts boarding from the front and we have a whole
recap video you can see on our instagram by the way at menace m-e-n-a-c-e also on what's new pod
on instagram please follow us and tyler you have not seen me post boarding from the back of the
airplane like a thousand times if for whatever reason i just didn't put two and two together so i saw you
going towards the back of the plane and i'm looking around i'm like oh security gonna come
and get this man like what happened there's two ladders that go into the staircases besides the
uh a week ago i have only flown out of burbank once i usually fly out of lax or ontario or whatever and you can
only go in one way so i'm not used to seeing that oh you could board from the back except for on my
instagram well i guess i just didn't think about it i'm sorry my bad the fact that menace even said
go to the back when we walked through the door yeah i i honestly i didn't hear that i probably
wasn't he didn't hear that he was paying attention to the thousand of milk mamas that were hurting already in the
airport.
Yeah.
I heard the terms dual boarding, throwing around, go to the back.
And I was like, all right.
Well, that's why I was surprised when he took a hard left up the front ramp.
Going up the front of the ramp.
I didn't know it was that.
Tyler doesn't like the nice things in life.
I was just trying to follow FAA protocol, okay?
Do not get on my case right now.
So we all get on the plane, and then so we have to save a spot for Julianne
because, again, she is boarding way past us.
Because Menace did me dirty.
Well, no.
My bad.
It was when in the booking it got a little messed up.
So Julia had to sit between myself and Tyler.
We saved her the seat.
And I thought that you and Tyler had quite a lovely conversation like the entire time
that you guys were enjoying each other's company.
And I want to highlight that because on this podcast, a lot of people give Julianne flack
that she hates Tyler.
She only rips on Tyler all the time.
And I thought that it was quite lovely that you guys were enjoying yourself on the fight
the entire time.
I mean, I'm not the only one who rips on Tyler.
We all do it.
You're just an easy target.
But I do love talking to you when the moment's right.
But, yeah, I always have a good time talking to Tyler and hanging out with him.
I never, ever, like when we worked together, we sat in the same room.
I loved that I got to work with him.
He's a really cool guy.
He has a lot of knowledge that you would never think he would have.
He's shockingly smart.
Wow.
That's shockingly.
Yeah, he's a really smart guy.
Julianne figured out the recipe or the formula, I should say, right here.
45-minute flight and then get the hell away from me.
Yeah, because then after that, it was me,ianne and eric for a long while yeah it was
but you know tyler was dropping so much aviation knowledge on me oh yeah right of course we've had
this convo i'm a big plane guy you guys you guys don't see a lot of it because me eric and tyler
have that sports group chat that we have and we get a lot
of like this with the airplane talk but with a bunch of other things like i'm genuinely curious
to see what stuff tyler's a guy of because like there would be track and field events going on
like the olympics and we would get messages and i'm like dude i didn't know you were so passionate
you go oh i'm a big track and field guy and i was like oh wow i just don't like doing it it sounds
like similar with you,
Randy though.
Oh yeah.
Yeah.
I'm not bashing him.
I'm just genuinely curious what things Tyler's knowledgeable in.
Tyler seems like the guy who'd be good at like bar trivia or something.
This group chat,
I'll wake up,
you know,
cause I have like,
I'm the only one that valued sleep before I had a kid.
And then I wake up and it'd be like 55 messages.
And I'm like,
Oh,
I wonder where they came from.
And it's like,
these guys went into a deep dive over like Chinese baseball or something.
Why are you doing it at 11 PM at night?
That's how Tyler talks though.
He,
when he has conversations with people,
it's always a deep dive,
which it,
I mean,
I live and have to deal with Kevin and he is the exact same way,
except Kevin just doesn't stop.
Tyler actually knows when to stop. So I don't mind listening to tyler well nice i will i will say this there are
two things uh one if you have a conversation with me you will leave with a little bit more knowledge
do you want it or not whether you want it or not it coming. Are you feeling the love right now, Tyler?
All this positivity.
The second thing, Randy just mentioned it.
If anyone ever wants to do bar trivia, I'm down.
I love doing that.
Slide into the DMs at Heavy T.
I will say this.
If we're doing bar trivia, do not ask me anything about literature.
I have no reference.
Do you think Tyler was also throwing that out there as a, hey, guys, I need a wingman at the bar can one of you guys please you know what maybe i will say this me and me and randy have discussed it before we've never actually gone through with it but
there has been talks so all right well about bar trivia not being a wingman at a bar yeah i just
meant bar trivia yeah the wingman look i'm gonna be honest i don't need one you guys do
this is what happens when you when you hype them up too much.
You give them too much, dude.
It takes it.
See, the problem is you guys talk a lot, talk a lot, and you don't pull the trigger.
So that's why I pulled the trigger on the Oakland trip because it was your dream to
see the Oakland Coliseum before it went away, before the A's moved to, well, they're moving
to Sacramento for a couple of years, and then they're going to move to well they're moving to Sacramento for a couple years and then they're gonna move to Las Vegas but so we land in Oakland and we're there three hours early and it's freezing cold you guys
were tripping a little bit off that it was overcast as usual it's the bay area but in a condensed area
the weather can just change in an instant there but we had three hours to kill so I called up my
friends at Pixar and I said hey can we take a tour of the campus?
Now, we can't talk too much about it on what's there, but I will say this.
There was one thing that happened that I would like to highlight.
We're taking this tour, and that the original animators used.
Dude.
And they're like super, super old wooden chairs, right?
Yeah.
Who knows?
I mean, at auction, who knows what these things would go for, right?
Right.
This is from Walt Disney's office.
Guess who says, I'm going to sit in one of these old ass chairs.
I don't think anybody else saw it. I don't think anybody else picked up on you
bracing the back of Tyler
sitting in this vintage wooden chair.
I do not remember.
I don't remember.
Our tour guide was talking and Julianne
sat in a chair. Brett was kind of looking at some stuff.
Randy was kind of looking at some stuff. All of us kind of listening.
Tyler sat in it
and it let out the biggest like
and I don't think I saw Menace do this
He kind of braced the back of it
I could see his thing
Tyler's going to break this effing chair
I'm sweating
He's going to break this
Priceless chair
I saw the chair
The second I heard the back story
I saw that it was old vintage wood wood I'm like I'm not touching that yeah remember
these chairs they don't have back legs they only have they have front legs that
go down and yeah backwards so there it when you lean back it kind of rocks so
when Tyler sat on the chair leaned back it sounded like a rocking chair from like the 1800s
that's actually hilarious because i was sitting in it and one of my first thoughts was like
damn this thing is pretty sturdy little did i know
it did not realize that the the bounce back that he was getting wasn't from the chair, but men are desperately trying to keep it from hitting the ground.
I might be remembering the events and course of events slightly differently,
but is that why when I got up to go take pictures of the Monster Inc. statues,
Randy all of a sudden went, Tyler, come over here.
And posed like Sully real quick.
It was during that time.
It was a group effort.
Because, man, if I said, hey, can I take a tour of your facility?
And then we break some chair from Walt Disney.
Oh, God.
But I was there for you, Tyler.
I was sweating, but I was there.
Super glue is a thing.
I'm not even kidding.
I've learned just based off of my time with you guys and with the show to just kind of
like think before I do certain stuff.
So I'm like, wow, this resulted in me getting blasted and torched on a podcast of some kind
or some way.
I'm like, I'm just going to go pose next to Sully.
Well, I'm glad that you mentioned that and not too off topic, but we do have a Woody
Show Vacation coming up.
And just briefly to announce that we will have best ofs of everybody that's on the podcast yes right now on the spot eric tyler randy julianne there's
gonna be a whole week of you guys and so what the plan is we're gonna have these best ofs and then
they're gonna go in the vault forever yeah so for one time it's cool i have strategically placed
every single person on the podcast in the best ofs to highlight some of their grandeur moments.
Yes.
What are the dates on this?
And whose idea was this?
Oh, this would be.
It was actually Woody's idea.
Yeah.
Was I on the mic enough for anything on an episode?
Oh, I found it.
Oh, don't worry, buddy.
I got you covered.
I found enough Eric to cover.
This is Friday, August 30th through September 6th which is also Friday so you have six days
of the best of best ofs
also including everybody here on the podcast
Brett has a treasure chest if it
was said on a mic at any point he's
going to have it somewhere yes good or bad
so get ready for your tweets
and your Instagram DMs and your
text messages guys so turn on the radio
you're going to hear yourself yeah I've had moments where I'm trying to archive stuff and I'm like Your tweets and your Instagram DMs and your text messages, guys. Yeah, so turn on the radio.
You're going to hear yourself.
Yeah.
I've had moments where I'm trying to archive stuff, and I'm like, I can't fit this into any of these hard drives.
I'm like, how the hell did Brett fit like six years of stuff into hard drives?
I don't get it, but he's got everything.
Oh, speaking of fitting, Meta somehow fit all of us into multiple Ubers on this trip to Oakland.
And I was like, how are you fitting all six of us man it's called uber
black baby you know when i got my boys with me and my ladies nothing nothing but the best for
you guys it's okay i know i know i account for two of them both yeah those black ubers were so
cool because me it was me eric and bore in the very, very back. And Menace was sitting shotgun. So whenever he would talk,
it sounded like he was on a microphone.
Yeah, they have a mic.
I think it was, was it an Escalade?
Maybe.
Yeah, yeah, it was.
Yeah, yeah, it was.
Eric was tripping out.
Like he caught it first.
We first get in, it's like, we're like,
whoa, this is like the sound in here.
The acoustics is like,
you can hear like there's a little bit of a reverb
and we're just thinking,
I was looking at the roof, and I'm like,
how is the sound traveling back here?
But then Menace would say something,
and we found out there's a mic somewhere,
and it was projecting your guys' voices into the back speakers
where we were sitting in the third row.
It was insane.
Yeah, it was pretty cool.
We did the tour at Pixar,
and then we hopped on over to the Oakland Coliseum.
And I've been there many times before.
What are your thoughts on the Oakland Coliseum?
I was in love with the Oakland Coliseum.
I loved everything about it.
I loved the grit to it.
I loved the old school feel.
I enjoyed the snappy Oakland A's fans we encountered.
I enjoyed hearing the fans that were really into the game.
There's a no-name pitcher on the mound,
and some old guy behind us in an Oakland A's Hawaiian shirt
was yelling at him to strike out Otani.
I really thoroughly did enjoy everything about it.
It felt very old school.
Even the troughs.
I walked in thinking that was the sink where you washed your hands.
He's the only person that was excited for the troughs.
Yeah, the pee troughs.
I never got to experience a trough.
I hate the pee troughs.
Oh, Julianne, you probably don't know.
No.
So the pee troughs, there's no individual urinals.
It's just one big thing that looks like a sink.
With ice.
If you don't know what it is, you might think it's a sink and you put your hand in there.
Like a little bathtub? Yeah, where people think it's a sink and you put your hand in there there's videos online bathtub
yeah where people think yeah it is a sink but i do like that you brought up that it has an old
school feel because i do love all these modern venues that are happening you know sofi stadium
and all these new arenas like intuit dome and stuff like that absolutely love it but i did
love the old school feel of the oakland coliseum it feels like, oh, I'm going to a ballpark in like the 1950s or something like that.
Well, it felt that way because all the banners were from the 1980s.
Yeah.
There wasn't anybody from the last 20 years on a wall or a promo, anything, anywhere.
Yeah, they're shouting out Ricky Henderson.
Yeah, it sucks because visually it's one of the cooler ballparks
when you're actually sitting in your seat.
You know, looking out into the outfield, they have the cool, you know,
there's nobody sitting up in the third bowl because they have the big old A's
and the retired numbers, and they have a cool backdrop.
But, like, just overall, the stadium is a little bit of a dump
because it hasn't been updated.
And, I mean, yeah, going back to the troughs, man,
it's been 25 years since I peed in a trough.
If you've been a man at a trough, as the day goes along, as the day proceeds, the trough gets more full and the aroma gets more.
Wait, it doesn't flush?
No.
It just sits in there?
It's like a bathtub.
It's like a giant bathtub.
Yeah.
Oh, my God.
Julian.
It'll drain after a while, but it fills up.
Julian, imagine the porta potties at a festival.
It's that.
But this is a bathroom. You should be able to flush it.
You're going in, you're handling your business, and you leave.
It's not a lounge.
It's old school, Julian.
I walked in, and as a new father, as a son,
I have nightmares about going to like the bathroom at
like events you know like walking in letting alone just having a child in a man's bathroom just seems
like a horrible experience dude i came home and i literally i talked my i talked up a storm to my
girlfriend about how much i i enjoyed the park and how like i feel for oakland fans because
you kind of live in the shadow of san francisco and not a lot of people think about oakland when
they think of the bay if they're not from the Bay, I suppose. And it just, if you feel really
bad, because like Eric said, you walk in, there's so many banners and you forget how historic this
franchise is and how dominant it was like in the eighties and seventies. Yeah. They killed in the
eighties. Yeah. And so, and so to see what's happening to it and to see like, sure. Yeah.
It's cool. Vegas might potentially get a team, new stadium, whatever. But, I mean, yeah, it does suck
because you feel like this team's getting ripped out of these people's hands
and there's still people showing up because they still care.
The original plan was to go out to an athletics game
just to see how small the crowds were
and, you know, like, just kind of get that vibe.
Like, oh, you kind of laugh at them.
Sorry, but that's kind of what we wanted to do.
Like, you know, have fun at someone else's expense
because, hey, there's nobody here.
They want to leave, whatever.
And be the only six people in the entire audience.
But we went for a Dodgers game
and there was like 30,000 people there.
Yeah, it was packed.
It was so packed.
It was LA people.
Yeah, by the time we wanted to leave,
we were trying to use the Uber pickup.
And since they're not used to having that many people,
there would be too much traffic
because the Uber pickup goes
to a residential neighborhood to get to the pickup area.
So they closed it.
So we ended up having to walk through the neighborhood
to get to our Uber to leave.
But overall, cool experience.
You enjoyed it, right?
Oh yeah, for sure.
People were messaging me and asking
if I felt safe at the stadium.
I'm like, what?
Yeah, 100% i felt safe at the stadium like what dude yeah yeah 100 i felt safe i mean i wasn't really looking for drama yeah i wasn't looking for stuff like that
i just was enjoying the fact that we were all together that we were there like having a great
time and um yeah i felt 100 percent yeah the only time it was ever sketched is when we were walking
to the uber which wasn't even that sketch.
We have Tyler.
Just push him down.
It's not like we were at a Raiders game, guys.
Exactly.
Yeah, so there is that,
but low-key, I kind of wish
I would have been there for a Raiders game
because if the A's crowd is that into it,
I can only imagine what the Raiders crowd's like.
Oh, yeah.
The Raiders crowd is really fun. There's something is that into it, I can only imagine what the Raiders crowd is. Oh, yeah. The Raiders crowd is really fun.
It's really crazy.
I remember that Raiders game in the beginning of the season when the baseball diamond's
still out there.
Yeah.
And he builds up like a 30-yard line.
So ghetto.
That look was always just like, ah, football's back.
Yeah.
It was crazy because on Twitter, a clip from the Dodgers broadcast started circulating
when they were playing the A's, and they were talking about how the Oakland Coliseum is younger than Dodger Stadium and it's
like the difference in the quality of the stadiums because of like what actually got taken care of
and what didn't and it's uh it's mind-boggling I mean the Raiders would be sick to see Raiders
game but it also is kind of like the Raiders did sort of all this damage to the A's and then dipped
out because of what they left like with Mount Davis. And there's like a bunch of stands in the parking lot.
So I feel bad for them, but it was really cool.
Well, they did it to themselves.
All right.
So real quick, one last thing I want to highlight.
At the end of our trip, we get onto the plane and Tweedledee and Tweedledum, who I like
to say, Randy and Tyler um you know it's open seating
on Southwest and the previous trip Randy and Tyler broke apart on different aisles right
yeah it's true this time Randy and Tyler wanted to sit next to each other
and guys why because you left a little room for anybody else.
With it being a short flight, it was okay.
Because the flight was like, what, 45, 50 minutes?
So it's okay.
I can sit through that.
If we were taking a flight that was four hours to, I don't know, Nashville.
Yeah, that's not happening.
Right, right, right.
You guys can sit with that.
But then Metis is on the other side of you guys.
Yeah, I'm like, guys, I can't sit here.
Like, all three of us can't sit in this aisle.
So I ended up jumping aisles, and Eric took a sacrificial seat.
I like an aisle seat.
And then, you know, I'm a small dude.
As long as I lean to the left and let those guys just kind of spill into each other.
Although I did get smoked by our flight attendant lady like 85 times.
She just did not care.
Yeah, because you had to lean into the aisle a little bit.
Yeah.
Dude, Tyler had the Olympics on.
We're watching some of the Olympics.
Yeah.
It was pretty chill.
It was a good time.
He used the bobblehead that he bought in the parking lot as like a stand for his phone.
So it was like, it worked fine.
Yeah.
So he was watching the Olympics on the plane home.
Yeah.
The bobblehead that he had to have.
Yeah.
I'm currently looking at the Jose Conteco head bobblehead right now.
It rules. that he had to have uh yeah i'm currently looking at the jose can take a head ball head right now
when you're out with menace menace is punctual and menace has ubers ordered when things are done and we go from a to b a to b yeah and no matter what a to b always turns into a b c and d with tweedle
d and tweedle dumb in the back because something catches their eye and they're a squirrel oh yeah
of course tyler has to pull over and buy a $50 Jose Canseco bobblehead.
I know.
And Menace is trying to trek through this parking lot, and they're slow movers anyways.
They're coming up the rear of the herd.
I'm sorry that I like to enjoy my time and maybe want a memento to remember my time.
Okay, Eric?
I'm like, guys, we're on a schedule.
We got to make our flight.
We'll make it.
It's fine.
We did.
We're fine.
Speaking of our flight, when we went to that little lounge, Menace, that you hooked us
up with at the airport? Yeah, it was the was the american express lounge it was right by our gate
so we we popped in so we went got to the airport like an hour 15 early so me of course we're like
it's the bar let's have a drink or two yeah and you're like no i got us i got us i got us so we
we walked in and not a lot when we first walked in the vibe was there what really wasn't matching
yeah it felt a little library. It was a little quiet.
And us come barging in fresh off a baseball game.
But then the Dodger fans started kind of spilling in behind us.
And then it kind of got better.
Yeah.
And the food was bomb.
That mac and cheese bow tie stuff that they had.
Stop it.
If you don't know, once you get into the lounge, it's all free.
And how long did it take you before you realized you didn't have to pay for anything?
About 30 seconds. Well, that's Tyler. like free and how long did it take you before you realized you didn't have to pay for anything well it's tyler tyler always thinks he doesn't have to pay for something how long before you
took advantage uh five seconds yeah i went straight to the bar and i was like can i get a
glass of wine but you know what actually i went to the i went up to the bar i asked for a glass
of wine and i said how much was it and then he then he's like, oh, it's free. I said, well, then keep on coming then.
She literally asked him the last drink of the day. She's like, just pour a little heavy. And this dude filled a wine oh my god i've never seen them pour a glass of wine that big
i was like well i told him to hook me up because that's my last drink of the day
it wasn't because eric yeah eric and i stopped at another bar after that oh nice sweet parents
parents stayed out we had a shot of patron nice well that's pretty cool i enjoy that well we got back home we parted ways we all had
to go back to work no fun and then um the weekend came and i went to d23 now d23 if you don't know
it is a convention like comic-con but it's all disney all time. And there are so many different announcements when it comes to Disney parks,
movies, TV shows, cruise lines, and all that kind of stuff.
And I have a breakdown of all the announcements.
I'm going to go through them really quick.
And if there's something exciting for you, please jump in.
But let me just read through it.
But please chime in.
So don't let me just read the entire time because that is kind of brutal.
But Moana 2 is coming out 2026. But please chime in. So don't let me just read the entire time because that is kind of brutal.
But Moana 2 is coming out 2026.
All in.
Nice.
Yeah.
Snow White live action.
A trailer got dropped for that.
That is coming out March 21st, 2025.
Live action.
Lilo and Stitch.
Did you see a little teaser?
That was fun.
I forgot Tyler's a big Stitch guy.
I was actually surprised. He looked pretty good
for live action. I was like, okay, maybe I can get by.
Tyler, it's not a real...
I'm very well aware.
It's a real Stitch guy.
Tyler, why were you texting on the side like,
yo, where'd they find a real alien?
Dude, they grew up in a lab.
Stitch looks a lot like my dog, Timmy.
So they need a real, real life.
Oh, my God.
Yeah.
That's actually a very good Halloween costume if you want to be that guy.
Yep.
Just dye him blue.
I know.
Also, FYI, Lilo and Stitch live action comes out summer of 2025.
Incredibles 3 is officially in the works at Pixar. They didn't tell us that
when we were there. Toy Story
5 teaser got released.
Can we stop with Toy Stories?
Oh.
I might be the only one yelling at the clouds here.
I actually agree with that.
Well, there's a couple people that do
feel the same way, so we can
acknowledge that. Oh, I love that.
That comes out of summer of 2026.
Then Zootopia 2 is going to be in theaters.
Nice.
November 2025.
Mandalorian and Grogu movie hits theaters May 22nd.
We've got an actual date of 2026.
Are we excited for that, Borks?
Yes!
Yes!
Yes!
All right! Sorry.
Why no?
What? I don't know.
I'm just not into that stuff.
But my daughter Felicity
and Kevin, I know. Felicity and Kevin
are so into it and they're super excited.
They were already talking about it.
I'm just sitting in the car like, okay.
I cannot wait.
I'm beyond excited.
Finally, Star Wars came back to big screen and it's the Mandalorian of Grogu.
Yeah.
Yes.
More Grogu merch.
27.
You have Frozen 3.
Are we excited?
Yes.
Julianne?
Yes.
All right.
Yes.
That'll be fun.
100%.
So excited.
We also got some snippets of the fantastic four
first steps it's called we don't know when that's gonna be released at all but um fantastic four oh
i i don't wanna fantastic four has been brought up just recently yes really really quick um i heard
well kevin told me that Frozen 3,
they're making Frozen 3 and Frozen 4 at the same time.
Did you hear that when you were there?
No, that was not in the announcement.
So maybe he has like some underground Frozen knowledge
that we don't know about.
No, no, no, he was watching like the D23 convention recap.
When I looked at the recap announcement, it wasn't there.
Maybe he's on.
I'll have to ask him. He the heaven an inside scoop, not us.
Oh my gosh.
Also, a snippet of Daredevil,
Born Again.
I wasn't even thinking about that.
Didn't Daredevil not do well?
The first movie that came out?
The movie didn't do well.
The one with Ben Affleck.
But the TV show did.
The TV show on Netflix,
the two seasons they did,
did amazingly.
And then the spinoff Punisher
did amazingly as well.
Also, we got an announcement
of Avatar Fire and Ash.
Avatar 3 coming out.
We can stop with those ones too.
December 19th,
2025. I think there's
like five in the works, or five or six
for sure. I did not see the
last one.
I'm throwing this out there.
Avatar, to me, is like the Arby's of movies.
I have never seen a single person go to this.
Who are funding these movies?
Who is keeping this series official?
James Cameron.
His name is James Cameron.
I love that song.
Thank you.
So for the second movie that came, I know a bunch of people wanted to go see the first one because it was, I don't know.
Revolutionary at the time.
It was a new thing.
It was 3D.
Yeah.
Yeah.
The second one, I don't know a single person that went to go see it and they're like, oh, it made all this money.
I'm like, did it, though?
Like, are we just not money laundering here?
What's happening?
You know.
How many times can people show up, try to to destroy the world and then the blue people win you know what's funny though
is that this is coming from the person that has proclaimed twisters being the greatest movie of
all time and also still to this day actually want to go see that will be front in line for every
jurassic park and fast of the furious movie people go to see go to see those. I don't know a single person that went to go see Avatar.
I'll tell you this, that it has huge international appeal because it's safe.
Because you know all these movies that go overseas and they end up not getting shown or they get super edited?
Right.
That doesn't happen to Avatar.
And Avatar ends up making a bazillion dollars.
That's why they're making more Avatars.
That makes sense.
And they have a great ride in Florida, apparently.
I could tell.
Also, there was a first look at Freaky Friday 2, Freakier Friday.
Ooh, I heard about that.
With Lindsay Lohan.
That sounds good.
All right.
That'll do well.
That'll be okay.
Yeah, I think so.
Also, I thought this was a big surprise.
Tron eras. I thought they gave up on Tron, which think so. Also, I thought this was a big surprise. Tron eras.
I thought they gave up on Tron, which is cool.
And they even gave us a date on when it's going to be released.
October 10th, 2025, right in the middle of my birthday month.
Maybe we can do a screening.
That'd be cool.
That'd be fun. I think the big thing with Tron was Nine Inch Nails doing the music for it.
Yes!
Now that'll be fun.
Tron is one of those properties
where it's always confused me
how Disney or whoever's been in charge of it
has never hit the thing on the head.
It's like, how do you mess this up?
The first one did spectacular, of course.
But the second one,
the soundtrack was good,
but it didn't get the same kind of love
that the first one did.
And that to me was always kind of...
It's just marketing.
Marketing doesn't do well,
so the movie doesn't do well. And i was so disappointed it didn't do well because when the
tron came out there was also the tron ride in shanghai disney and i i went to and it was like
oh dude this is so awesome i hope it gets expanded to the other parks and it didn't initially but i
think the word got out on how cool the ride
was so then they started expanding it to other places i think around the same time that second
tron came out the sequel the blade runner came out and also the marketing for it was terrible
and it didn't do well i'm like dude this is a really good movie though yeah other things that
we got news about monster jam the movie with The Rock is going to be coming out.
So if you love Monster Jam. I literally spent
like an hour trying
to figure out in my head how this movie
is going to work out. And I've come down to the
conclusion that the trucks are going to be alive.
That it's going to be him.
Remember the themed trucks. You have the grave digger
and then the one that looks like a bull.
Wait, so you think it's going to be Transformers?
Well, I mean, I'd imagine the trucks are live or somehow like maybe, I don't
know, something happens at like a monster truck show and they come to live.
Oh yeah.
And they start talking to The Rock.
This is a crazy idea for a Disney movie, right?
Oh, it's Rampage with The Rock, but with monster trucks.
Okay.
So then explain to me how is he going to, is he a truck driver or like, I don't, I don't,
this is what I'm trying to say.
I'm trying to figure it out.
He's either the up-and-coming monster truck driver
that's trying to make it to Monster Jam,
or he's the veteran at Monster Jam,
and he has this guy who's trying to become the new him,
and he's like the big boss rival of all of it.
I'm reading the press release about it,
and The Rock's on the stage when he's saying it,
and it reads like a country song.
I'm so excited to break the news, guys.
Here it comes.
As you guys know,
I'm a pickup truck man.
That's driving my pickup truck here.
It's out back.
You guys know that.
And I love motorsports.
Love monster trucks.
Hell yeah, brother.
Without using twang to that,
that's a country song.
Dude, that's a new soundtrack.
That is the soundtrack.
I bet he just teased it.
Either way, I'm here for it.
Also, we heard about Elo by Pixar, a young boy who accidentally becomes Earth's ambassador to aliens.
Nice.
All right.
Well, no release date on that.
Also, another Pixar movie we got news about called Hoppers.
And all we know is it comes out in spring of 2026.
So our friends at Pixar.
Is it about bunnies?
They're going to be killing it. Yeah, I saw
one image and it was a rabbit, so
who knows what it's about. Nice.
A trailer got released for
a live action Mufasa
The Lion King. It's going to be coming out in
December 20th. Are we excited
for live action Lion King?
Are we here for it?
No.
I mean, I think it's cool that it's about Mufasa, but I don't know.
Yeah, that's cool.
No.
I think that's the only thing I find cool about it.
Leave my classics alone.
Yeah.
Yeah, all the same.
The backstory's fun.
I just think it's weird how they have to do the live action stuff with the photorealistic lines and stuff.
Just make it an animated movie.
Yeah, it'd be perfect as a cartoon.
You don't need the CGI.
If anything, I wonder if it'd be perfect as a cartoon. You don't need the CGI. If anything,
I wonder if it would do better as a plain
cartoon. There's not many of those
in theaters ever anymore.
Well, I think
this is not D23, but
I think Looney Tunes announced that they're releasing a movie
in the next year or something. It's the first full
length animated movie from
the earlier 80s, 90s style
in I don't know how long, so if that does well,
that could potentially open up some doors
for some other people to do some more of that.
Fair the Space Jam 2, cool. Let them test it out.
Alright, over on Dizzy
Plus, how about this, Bort? Are you
excited for Skeleton Crew series?
December 3rd
it comes out. Yes! There's a werewolf
on there? Yeah, well, a space
werewolf. Yeah, of course. Actually, you see that
guy in the cantina in the
original Star Wars. You see a version of him there.
But yeah, it's Menace. You're actually
really going to love this because they said that they made
it in lieu of the Amblin
movies growing up. So like E.T.,
The Goonies. So it's about these
kids that end up with this
possible Jedi and they go on a space
adventure to steal some treasure from a bunch of pirates.
All right.
Well, there's another Star Wars series for you.
Should rule.
We heard about this one.
It's called Win or Lose.
It's a baseball series by Pixar that will also be out December 6th about a little league
team.
So it should be good.
When we did the tour of Pixar, Tyler was standing there looking at the storyboards of this.
And he did his typical stand there, stare at the wall and go, yeah, you know, I think I'm gonna check this out.
Also, this is another series that's gonna be on Disney Plus that I'm super excited about.
Agatha All Long.
It is a it's a WandaVision sequel.
And that comes out September 18th.
So sooner than these other series. Did you guys watch WandaVision at all? I comes out September 18th, so sooner than these other series. Did you guys watch
WandaVision at all? I really liked it a lot.
Yeah. I thought it was different.
I liked it a lot, too. It was a lot of fun.
So I'm excited for this. I didn't understand it in the beginning.
My wife's super pumped for this prequel one, or this
sequel, whatever you want to call it.
She's all into witches and spooky stuff,
and perfect time of year.
Not to be a purist, but
I knew a book it was supposed to be based on,
which I was a fan of.
Yeah.
And I saw the route it was going,
and then I waited to see if there would be a spoiler
if a certain character would show up,
and it never did.
And I'm not watching it.
Okay.
I'm sorry.
Not to be that person,
but the book was better.
Now, maybe you're going to have to explain this one to me,
Bort,
because I couldn't really find too much information on it.
Is this a spinoff of Iron Man,
but it's a series called Iron Heart on Disney Plus?
I believe so.
I believe it is a spinoff of Iron Man.
I think it's about a girl who's inspired by Iron Man
and makes her own suit.
I think that's what it's about.
And that comes out sometime in 2025.
Yeah, I believe it is a spinoff of Iron Man.
And it's like, it's pretty much like Kid Iron Man, you know?
Okay.
And so to lead into possibly being Iron Man in the future, because as we all know, Iron
Man's dead.
Oh, spoiler.
Spoiler.
Sorry.
He died many, many movies ago.
All right.
You also have Andor season two that's coming out 2025.
Another thing called Dream Productions, an Inside Out spinoff series.
That will be on Disney+, but no release date on that.
Moving on to the parks, Disney parks.
We're all a big fan of Disney parks here.
Yes.
Now, Disney World, Magic Kingdom in Florida, if you don't know.
A new Villains Land is coming with two major attractions,
and that's going to be awesome.
Plus shopping and dining areas.
Now, my friend, who is a hardcore Disney guy, this is his dreams.
He's always pitched like a Villains, like either a Villains dinner.
You know how you can have like a goofy breakfast or something like that?
Right, right, right.
This is like his idea on crack.
So that's awesome.
That's awesome.
It's the Villains stuff got really popular in the last like 10,
15 years where they really started like embracing the pin trading stuff.
And then there's like a villain's board game.
You can buy like the villain stuff really got popular with like
Maleficent got her movie.
And yeah,
when I was at D23,
they even had like a whole Pandora,
you know,
Pandora jewelry.
They had a whole like villain section of each villain.
It was pretty cool.
Oh, actually, I just saw that.
Oh, maybe, you know what?
I think he was from your Instagram post.
Yes.
Yeah, I just showed like one thing,
but they have one for like each character,
like Cruella.
Yeah, I thought that was cool.
Yeah, and Snow White and stuff like that.
M-E-N-A-C-E on Instagram.
Thank you. Thank you. Go check it out
at Menace because Tyler
doesn't look at my Instagram, so
everybody else, he might need to know
what the username is.
Also in
Florida, Disney Hollywood Studios
the first Monsters, Inc.
Land is going to be happening.
Are you all in or all out on that?
That'd be fun.
Yeah, I think that's good.
And also, MGM Studios, sorry, Disney Hollywood Studios
could use a little extra theme park to it, a little extra land.
I actually am really all into this because I did see one thing
that I thought was really cool.
So apparently this Monsters, Inc. Land is going to have a suspended coaster
where you're basically dangling like the doors do in the movie was really cool so apparently this monsters inc land is going to have a suspended coaster
you're basically dangling like the doors do in the movie when they go through like their whole contraption conveyor belt thing that's cool that actually i'm not gonna like that i saw that i was
like that's pretty cool that's a nice little way of tying the movie into it yeah i guess i didn't
realize the pool monsters ain't cad really monsters like, Inc. is massive. I know it's
massive, and I know there's a little area at Disneyland
California Adventure, but I
guess I didn't realize it was
that huge. I understand.
I understand what you're saying. You think it's been
too long? Yeah, I guess
it was the last movie, Monsters, Inc., and that's
what, 10 years old now at this point?
Monsters University, put some respect on it.
Oh, whatever.
The same thing. It just doesn't have like the, if you told me, years old now at this point monsters university put some respect on it yeah sorry oh whatever
same thing it just doesn't have like the if you told me well obviously uh hollywood studios also
has the toy story land if you told me there was a toy story land or a cars land immediately i'm
like yes of course but monsters incline i'm like that's surprising yeah it'll be a great addition
but it's surprising all right well how about this over at animal
kingdom which is my favorite area in florida in 2027 they're going to be adding indiana jones
attractions also in konto theme attractions so that's gonna be awesome i love that's where all
the pandora stuff is there too the pandora ride where it's like kind of like pirates of the
caribbean i could skip it's kind of boring but the other ride though where it's kind of like Pirates of the Caribbean. I could skip it. It's kind of boring. But the other ride, though, where it's a virtual one, it's 3D.
That is one of the best rides out of all the parks in the world.
New Indiana Jones will be amazing.
And Encanto, the one thing I want, Capybaras.
Because the movie has Capybaras.
I want life, real life Capybaras just roaming everywhere.
Yeah.
And then over at Epcot, they're going to have a reimagined test track that opens in 2025.
Oh, yes.
But what about here?
What about where we live?
What about Disneyland?
How about this?
Yeah, what about it?
Tatiana's Bayou Adventure is going to be opening November 15th, a.k.a. the new Splash Mountain.
Yes.
Yes. Then also you have Disney's first ever auto animatronic Walt Disney.
Apparently it looks super crazy realistic.
What?
I'm sorry.
I'm just remembering Julian asking a question in Oakland.
What?
What happened?
About Walt Disney being frozen underneath.
Oh, my God.
That was another thing like,
okay, Julian,
we don't need to go into that too much.
That happened almost simultaneously
with Tyler sitting in the chair.
We're five minutes into this tour
and Tyler's going to break Walt Disney's chair
and Julian's asking about
the biggest conspiracy theory there is.
I was expecting him to be like,
on the left,
you'll see the Incredibles drawings and on the left, you'll see the Incredibles drawings.
And on the right, you'll see the exit that you guys will be going to right now.
It's just something you don't bring up because they know it's like, yeah.
I didn't know Disney etiquette.
Why can't I ask that?
My stepdad and I were just talking about it like a week prior.
So it was fresh in my brain.
So I had to ask.
That feels like a family get so it was fresh in my brain so I had asked feels
like a family get-together like garage on the balcony looking at the ocean so
we were having a moment bloody Mary's and Oakland coffee together sounds
exciting but I I'm a little creeped out by animatronics i like the human
stuff when someone's like dead and long gone is it going to be like the abraham lincoln thing you
know the presence well apparently it's way better than that it's crazy realistic is what i've heard
i mean if you've seen what they've done with like the frozen ride at epcot just that animatronic how
good it moves and everything now imagine their realism realism, how well they it's going to be insane. Yeah, like that Lincoln technology
is way old. Oh, yeah.
Did anybody else think it kind of looked like
Tony Stark's dad? Oh, yeah.
Kind of. I saw the still of it. I was like,
dude, this looks like exactly what they made his
dad look like when they had all his
flashbacks. Oh, yeah. Great conspiracy theory.
Here we go. All right. Eric's throwing it
out there.
So it's his dad now, huh?
Also, we're at Californiaifornia adventure the the adventures campus they're finally going to expand that i thought they
were going to do that a while back but um nice they're going to add two new attractions in 2025
and then the first coco ride will open in 2026
plus and just for eric an avatar destination so wait for that international stuff real quick a
new lion king attraction coming to disneyland paris also world of frozen will be open in 2026
at disneyland paris a new spider-man thrill ride is coming to sh Disney. Nice. That should be fun. Tokyo, they're going to have a Fantasy Springs port earlier this year.
I don't know what that means.
Also, moving over to the cruise ships,
they're adding four more ships between 2027 and 2031.
Can you believe it?
And that is your Disney updates, guys.
A lot of Disney coming at you
A lot of content
A lot of fun stuff
Very exciting
Sorry, not claps, air horn
Real quick, I'll move on to food news
Because we gotta get out of here
We spent so much time on Disney
Food news, did you see that I posted
Sugar-free Coke
Jack Daniels
Available at Target Because you know they havefree Coke Jack Daniels. Nice.
Available at Target.
Really? Because you know they have the can Jack Daniels and Coke?
They have a sugar-free version, and you know I'm on a sugar-free kick,
so I thought that was pretty cool.
Those mixed cans of Coke with Jack Daniels are so good.
Yeah.
And another thing I'm super excited about, Coca-Cola Oreo Zero.
What?
Sugar-free.
What?
Yeah, in a can. Also, Oreos are Coca-Cola Oreo Zero. What? Sugar-free. What? Yeah, in a can.
Also, Oreos that are Coca-Cola flavor.
That's pretty awesome.
I am here for it.
I am here for it.
I want it.
I need it.
I want it all right now.
The other food news I can skip.
Julianne, one last thing before we leave.
I've had some emails about this to writeth pod at gmail.com i'm not even joking
this conversation bleeded on to the woody show from this podcast and it's all about julianne's
video in mexico where she is um shooting breast milk into random people's mouth from her body at a Mexico bar.
Yeah.
And a lot of requests.
Where's the video at?
I know.
Trust me.
And I said, this is the time I finally convinced Julianne to start an OnlyFans where he can
at least make some money off of it.
Can I tell you?
So I just had my sip and see, which is where you have a drink and meet the baby for the first time this past Sunday. And I went up to my stepmom and I said, Oh my God, I have to show you this video of me later on. And she goes, let me guess. Is it you from your cruise? I said, Yeah. She's like, is it you in Mexico at a bar?
I said, yeah.
She's like, does it have to do with your breast milk?
I'm like, how do you know?
And she's like, because, and my stepmom is a manager of her office. She's like, one of my workers came up to me and said, hey, isn't your daughter Julianne?
And she said, yeah.
Why?
She goes, did she just go on a cruise for her 40th birthday?
She said, yeah.
Why? She's like, well, did she just go on a cruise for her 40th birthday? She said, yeah, why?
She's like, well, did she just squirt her breast milk at a bar?
She goes, I don't know, but that definitely does sound like my daughter.
She's like, Julianne, that was so embarrassing.
I said, no, it wasn't.
Stop it.
And she just laughed and then watched the video and cracked up.
This video is legendary and you're gatekeeping it and people want it.
I know.
The internet wants it.
Come on. I know. The internet wants it. Come on.
I know.
But the thing is, is that I will not put it out there unless I could find a way to blur
out my nipple the whole time throughout the video because it's going to get taken down
somewhere.
What's the point of putting it up if someone's going to just take it right down?
So we need to figure out.
That would actually stay up on Twitter.
Well, I mean, Twitter.
There we go.
But you don't want to just. Tyler, why are you texting me telling me you can do it
no here's the thing Julianne
you're not going to just want to throw that up
on Twitter and not get any gain
out of it
monetize
yes I know I agree
$5 paywall
we got to figure out a smart way
on how to get it out and for me to benefit off of it.
Yes, of course.
Because, you know, you got five kids and you got to mouse the feed.
$5 paywall, right?
For the first video.
And if you want the other video, it's a $3 extra fee.
No, and we'll be honest.
It will be blurred out.
But if you want to
watch it okay yeah yeah i don't mind if people are willing to do it they need to comment either
on our instagram page or write to the pod write the pod at gmail.com and say yes i will pay the
only fans fee to watch this video because we don't want to go through all this work of like blurring stuff out and
putting it up there and no one's
going to watch it even though they will.
But we want to know how many people will.
Tyler's already subscribed.
I've already had some people
message me asking me how much
for the video.
And I actually
as we were doing the podcast,
someone just emailed me about it
or messaged me.
They DM'd me and said,
you know,
every girl wants to really be like you.
And I'm like,
do they though?
What are we doing?
I know there's some women out there
that think I'm just a little too crazy,
but I mean,
you only live once, right?
But they can live vicariously through you behind an OnlyFans buy wall, pay wall.
Well, like I said, if we could somehow blur out my nips, then I am 100% all for it.
But I ain't trying to pay.
I ain't trying to accept no $5 for this video.
Yeah.
How much do you want to put the pay wall on?
Yeah.
I don't know.
Maybe we could talk about that later. But yeah, definitely not $5. Not $5. video. Yeah. How much do you want to put the paywall on? Yeah. What's the paywall? I don't know. Maybe we could talk about that later.
Okay.
Yeah.
No.
Definitely not $5.
No, not $5.
No.
Yeah.
No.
No.
No.
Five's too little for two easy payments of $29.99.
Some guy said, I'll give you a hundred bucks.
I said, a hundred bucks?
See?
Kick me down with a thousand.
He goes, a thousand.
I said, well, I'm not the one begging for the video.
Yeah, true.
And then he thought about it and he came back. He's like, so you're still willing to sell me that video one begging for the video. Yeah, true. And then he thought about it, and he came back.
He's like, so you're still willing to sell me that video?
But I ignored him.
Oh, okay.
This is why you need a membership fee and then a per video fee.
Well, do you know what's crazy is we're going to put it out there,
and then the podcast will live forever,
so then it could be the gift that keeps on giving.
Yeah.
Yeah.
And then we can constantly update the page with new content whenever that keeps on giving. Yeah. Yeah. And then we can constantly, we can update the page with new content
whenever we go to Mexico.
People get thirsty.
No pun intended or insane.
It's crazy.
I know.
It really is.
Okay.
So again,
people have to reach out to us
to let us know that they really want to see the video.
So at what's new pod on Instagram
or write the pod at gmail.com if you're too afraid to be
public about it only fun people by the way no no haters okay yeah no time for that all right cool
i did love that julianne reached out to us and said did you guys talk about the videos on the
woody show like two days later because we forgot yeah yeah you guys did forget to tell me so i'm
like driving up to the beach and my phone's like, like, what is going on? And I go to my messages. I have all these new followers. I'm like,
what happened? Oh, I made sure to shout out your Instagram. I heard. And so someone hit me up and
said, Hey, I heard about your trip in Mexico on the Woody show. I said, Oh, do you mean the what's
new podcast? They're like, no, on the woody show i'm like what they're
like yeah it's if you go on the podcast right now you can hear it it's about it like 21 minutes i'm
like okay so i go i'm driving and i put it on and i'm like oh my god so what episode was that
if they want to hear that version of the story? It was on Thursday, this past Thursday,
whatever date that was.
Let's see.
It was Thursday the 8th.
Yeah, so Thursday the 8th
and if you're about
21 of August, yeah, and you go to about
21 minutes, it's there.

Even though it is very hot,
I still use my blankets.
You know why?
Because I turn my thermostat down to 66
at night and I cover
66? Oh yeah. Yes.
Oh my god. So I have to.
It makes me fall asleep easier. And then
I just pile on every blanket that she gave
me. So if you want to get a blanket,
they're so comfortable. Go to blankets by
Tracy dot com. That's blankets by Tracy
dot com. Brett, what is happening at Shasta
Jeans Boutique? You can find tons
of different size and different color
beautiful crystal ball sacks,
crystal ball covers. Protect your crystal
balls. It's sunny and hot out there.
You don't want the sun coming in and magnifying your crystal ball
or any of your crystals and starting a fire.
You gotta protect them. You also gotta protect their color.
Get it. ShastaJeansBoutique.com.
With two O's because it's spooky. Or hit
TheBorecast.com.
Nice.
That forwards you to my link tree where you can find that link there.
And then also go to The Boardcast because there's two new episodes where I talk all
about 90s cartoons with my buddy Diego.
Nice.
Double plug.
Do that.
I encountered Crystal Ball this weekend at the OC Fair.
See?
My girlfriend did like a psychic greeting.
Did it have a cover?
I was like, you got a cover for that thing?
Yeah.
You need to go to Shasta Jeans Boutique, buddy.
You're going to start a fire.
Brother, this is a fire hazard.
You don't have a crystal ball sack?
Yeah, get your crystal ball sacks.
Yeah, and also make sure to pick up some Diego Hot Sauce.
Go to diegohotsauce.com, and then make sure to listen to The Woody Show.
And make sure to listen to The Mothership, The Woody Show, Monday through Friday on the iHeartRadio app. Tyler, do you
have anything to say before we leave?
I do. I actually have to
agree with Brett on something.
I went to a Dodger
game last week, and I
had a plant-based hot dog, and I'm not
going to lie. It's not bad.
It wasn't bad.
Traitor.
It was... Look, I'm not going to do it every time, but as I'm, as I'm dropping
a little bit more weight, I'm trying to look into like, hey, maybe there's some other things
that could be eating better.
And not gonna lie, like I said, it wasn't bad.
Tyler pivoting to being like vegetarianism or veganism is not something I saw coming.
That'd be crazy.
You will lose weight though.
I was talking about him wanting to lose weight.
He was nice enough to buy us some McDonald's when we went to Oakland.
So, because he drove over to me and Randy's spot.
And then we went to Durbank.
And he's like, we asked, he got us some, you know, McGriddles and a hash brown.
Yeah.
He's like, oh, there's two hash browns in there.
I'm like, oh, you didn't get one?
He's like, you know, I'm watching my car.
I was like, dude, you just ate a breakfast biscuit.
Yeah. Well, I mean, he's eating less.
Thank you.
We're sitting to drink
four beers at the game.
That's different. We're there to get drunk and watch baseball.
It was hot.
He sweated it all out.
It's still called portion control, Eric.
Okay.
I'll hand it to him. Tyler tyler has been consistent on this i'll
give him that much we've been taught like random stuff has been brought up throughout the weekend
regarding like fat people or whatever and tyler's like look man i'm losing weight i'm like hey i get
it dude he is losing he definitely looks a lot slimmer than before yeah he does yeah um all right
julian anything to say before we leave uh no just uh I guess hit us up and let us know if you guys want this video
and I guess what you're thinking about wanting to pay for it.
So I don't know.
That's it.
We'll discuss.
All right.
Randy, anything to say before we leave?
Actually, yes.
I will start to be taking a language class at the end of this month.
I'll be taking Japanese.
Yes!
I want to the local colleges because
my girlfriend wants to go on a trip to Japan
after she's done with her master's
program. And I thought the least I can do,
because I'm inevitably going to be an annoying American tourist,
is at least try to learn some Japanese
when I go into the country.
I will say this. Randy,
please, please,
please, please
have one of these projects
that you follow through on and do this.
You know why?
Because this is a project that Seabass wanted to do,
and we gave him a year to do it, and he didn't follow through.
If you follow through on it, and we get you on the Woody show,
and you're able to out-Japanese him, that would be awesome.
I'm in.
I'll do it.
That sounds like a fun challenge.
Follow through on this one.
I already signed up for the classes.
I paid for the classes.
That's great, but.
Hold on.
I will add to this.
Hold on.
Randy, how far away are you taking this course?
Like what college?
Oh, it's online.
I'm not going in.
It's online.
Okay.
A little dicey.
A little dicey.
Because here's the thing. I've wanted to learn it, and if it was in person, I'm not going in. It's online. Okay. A little dicey. Because here's the thing.
I've wanted to learn it, and if it was in person, I would go with you.
I would be your spotting buddy.
There's a bunch of classes available.
Randy's going to two-screen this class with a daughter game on it.
This is what I'm saying.
I would go with him.
Eric changed his password to a spectrum, so I can't log into a goddamn doctor.
All right.
Well, what I wanted to say was if anyone who listens to this is
fluent in Japanese, I would like to have someone to
talk to to practice my Japanese as
the semester goes on.
There is one other benefit
to this. If you look at it long term,
bilingual jobs,
they pay bank, dude.
There's a real desire for Japanese-speaking
people in Southern California.
Actually, you'd be surprised.
Anyways, that's a story for another time.
Continue.
Eric, do you have anything to say before we leave?
Yeah, my Spectrum password changed because Randy kept logging into it in the stream account.
Yeah, and then it sucks when you're the actual owner of an account,
and then you try to log on, and you're like,
wait, everybody's using my account, and I can't watch it.
Yeah, I can't watch the Dodgers on my phone when I'm in the car because my mom, Randy, my sister, wait, everybody's using my account and I can't watch it. Yeah, I can't watch the Dodgers on my phone
when I'm in the car because
my mom, Randy, my sister, me.
Randy and then Randy.
It's the spectrum's fault.
Brett, do you have anything to say before we leave?
Yeah, two quick things.
One, Deadpool and Wolverine, amazing.
Loved it, absolutely.
I texted you guys I wanted to go see it.
It is a love letter to Marvel.
So if you loved all the Marvel movies that came out X-Men
Daredevil, Blade
Fantastic Four all those go watch the movie
it's brilliant
two really quick really fast it was amazing
getting to hang out with you guys if we didn't say it enough
so much fun it was so fun hanging out with Randy
and Eric on the plane because
I got to hang out with my boys
like old time on the plane for an hour
and it was special.
Screw you, Tyler.
Yeah.
Yeah.
All right.
Well, he sat next to us.
Yeah.
I was close enough.
It's a joke.
It's a joke.
We felt his aura.
Yeah.
All right.
Well, if we don't see you tomorrow, we'll see you next week.
What's new?
What's new with Menace? tomorrow. We'll see you next week.
